Service was delayed twice to come out; but, they call to keep me informed that they are late; once the service man, Christian, arrived. He was good, experienced, and friendly. The work done was good, explanation was clear and easy to understand. Estimates were reasonable and finished on time.

Loved the whole experience-from booking, to being alerted who was arriving (name and photo!!) and arrival time, to working with them on sight and the finished quality work (I only gave them 4 stars because they had to reschedule due to worker unavailability).

I was given the show up price of $89.00 and this would be applied to the repair. The pipe repair took 5 minutes and they charged me $159.00 so the $89.00 wasn't applied to the 5 minute repair job.

Joe was excellent, he would not quit until the problem was fixed, itâs nice to hire someone like Joe that takes pride in his job. He cleaned up when he was done, and on time, if u have a plumbing problem I would highly recommend Reliance Plumbing

The repairmen came within the two hour window and were very personable, and the phone communication was professional. I thought paying over $400 to get the pipe rodded out was expensive for less than an hour-closer to 1/2 hour- of work.
