They talk a big game. sometime you wonder if they even know what they are talking about. a job that used to cost me $150 a year for rotting my basement drain, they convinced me they will fix it permanently by installing a new line connected to the main city sewer line. they brought it a lot of people and an excavator and dug a hole outside my house and put the new drain line. the problem from there was even worse. I continued to have sewer back up in my basement, the soil they used to fill up the hole they dug outside receded leaving a big pothole that looks ugly to my neighbors, and to top it all off; when I asked them to fix the problem, they said they are Reliance Plumbing not Reliance Bank. they said that because I paid them around $2400 leaving $1850 until they finish the job. But wait it gets even worse, they now put a lean against my property. Bottom line is this, if you want a plumbing service that talks big game and make you feel they know a secret others don't, hire them. if you want the job to be done right the first time, go look for someone else.

It took two attempts to make the job right. The first sump pump (Barracuda) was inexpensive ($68) but too noisy. The noise was an issue. Next day the same man from Reliance came back and replaced the noisy pump with another one bought at Home Depot ($175). He made his job fast and well. The pump works silently.

From the time I called to get a plumber to fix a drain to finishing the job was under three hours. Impressive.

They arrived promptly when I called with a plumbing emergency. They did not charge me for the emergency visit when I booked work with them. They made it very easy to work with the city on the required permit for my job. They left the yard prepared for landscaping after back filling the trench they dug to the street. They are a bit more expensive than others, but I felt the work quality and professional staff made up for the additional cost. I will use Reliance again in the future.

I already did a review. They were very good.

We hired them to clear our kitchen sink drain that was clogged and moving very slowly. They were able to come out the same day, within 2 hours. The technician was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He presented the costs up front, clearly and simply. He did the work, was done in about 30 minutes and on his way. Wonderful experience. I was dreading having to take care of this, and it ended up being a painless process!

Service was great. Price too high. $650 for cleaning out two drains. Took at most two hours, including a trip to the store. $325 per hour - yikes! 😩

They were prompt with their phone call and getting someone out there. It was the day after Christmas so I was grateful. Was hoping not to spend what I did. However, they did a good job and didn't leave a mess behind.
