Description of Work: I has Brett out twice. The first visit was to determine the cause of the sump pump making a loud noise. We also had only a trickle of hot water coming out of our kitchen faucet. Brett determined that the sump pump needed to be replaced. He also flushed out the kitchen faucet and found a small piece of the shut off valve had gotten into the pipe. He installed two need valves. The faucet works perfectly. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to come back the following week to install a laundry tub and a water softener in our basement. Brett was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and very friendly. I felt like I had known him for a long time. The level of work was an A plus. He was very neat and cleaned everything before leaving. I would highly recommend Brett for any plumbing services.
