They did a wonderful job. They out bid other providers by thousands. They were on time and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves which I thought was very professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

Pretty good but had to pay240 dirt removal was supposed to put dirt on side of new garage but neighbor put snow in spot.

Very professional team, from communications to design and estimates, and to the actual construction. The design proposed is practical and aesthetic, fits our needs perfectly. Excellent craftsmanship. Timely solid quality work!

So far we are very happy with the fence they put in. They advised us on what they believe was the best, not the costliest. Also made sure that the posts were below the frost line to ensure posts won't push up/out. Everything looks good and works good. We would definitely use again and or refer.

The original estimate was done in a timely manner. The person providing the estimate was thorough and did make a few minor changes in the estimate that we requested. The work itself was done exactly at the time and day when we had asked for it to be completed. The work crew of two was very efficient. They were very cordial. After about 2/3 of a working day we have a new fence that looks great.

They did a great job. Provided a quick response to our request for a quote . We decided to install the fence a few months later. They utilized the existing estimate and updated to the type of fence we requested. They were on time and installed the fence in two days with no problems. They were able to build the fence around two trees in the backyard, so our dog cannot get out. Very easy to work with and the fence looks great. Well worth the price.

Great! Ryan Jaacks was a pleasure to deal with, and the crew were friendly, professional and extremely talented craftsmen. Cleaned up everything, were very careful with yard and home otherwise, and their expertise was seen at every seam, corner, and mitre. We love it and will enjoy for many years. Due to a previous hired contractor who failed to even start work after more than a year delay, and city permit delay, the project was completed > 2 years after our original contract was signed. Rustic took less than a week to do their work- and it is exceptional!

Unfortunately, the workers cut through out garage electrical wires. I was told the they were not responsible because "Julie" did not flag it. I tried to explain that "Julie" only flags utilities and was ignored. I called several times and was told Jerry would get back to me and he never returned my calls. My electrician said and they cut the wire 3 times and showed me were they actually cemented part of the broken wire in with the post. So it was obviously not an oversight. The repair was $150. which I felt they should have paid. I also got my 2 neighbors to call for fence work. At the time I was impressed but now after waiting months to get a call returned I will not be recommending their service.

Got competitive bids for our deck replacement. Rustic Wood was actually the highest, but they demonstrated the best upfront customer service and included the most comprehensive information with their estimate. The initial work was done fairly well. However, there were several boards that were obviously a different color than the others, as well as some with obvious cracks/imperfections. Our sales rep came out and reviewed and promised a quick fix. The crew returned about a week later, but didn't fix all the problems. Ugh. So another round of calls. We have been pretty chill about it all, even though surprised these issues had not been quality-checked at the initial installation and then again at the follow-up visit. Certainly not the best quality control. So today the crew is back. I specifically marked each thing that needs to be fixed in advance. And what do I get? A lot of "attitude" from the foreman. Totally inappropriate. If anyone should be giving attitude, it should be me: three visits to get this done correctly.

Perfect. Quick, clean and beautifully installed.

Went very well. Called them early March and by the 10th of March posts, gate and latch were replaced and working well. Since I have stained them to match the existing fence, there is no sign of last winter's damage. I am happy I called them and pleased at how quickly completed.

Very Well. From estimate to completion all was great. The crew showed up on the date and time scheduled. It was predicted to be a Very Hot day and I called the salesman to verify that they would still be coming out. He assured me they would. And they did. They had the old fence completely down and the posts set, but not cemented on the first day. The next day they returned around 8:00 and were completely finished by 4:30. They had to do some serious trimming of some bushes and shrubs and I asked them if they would haul them away. They agreed to and when I returned after they were done everything was cleaned up and looked great. Cedar fence looks sturdy and well crafted. The same two guys also built a new gate to replace the old one and that works perfectly.

Company said they would not come to Orland Park. On their website it says, "Rustic Wood Fencing and Decks is proud to continue a long tradition of serving homes and businesses in the Chicago area suburbs ". Apparently they only serve some suburbs and not all Chicago suburbs. I called because of the wording on their website. If they had a list or area they served listed I would not have called.

Fantastic job. Jerry their salesman was absolutely professional and was able to give pricing soon after the survey of the project. The installers were amazing. My fence old fence was removed and the new vinyl fence installed in 1-1/2 days. The fence is absolutely beautiful. Extremely professional and competent installers. This is one of the few project were I feel the money was well spent. I thank Rustic Wood Fencing for their work.

I needed new fencing after having a garage built. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted, and Jerry got it right away. He gave me good suggestions for how to prepare the area as well. I discussed the project with the crew when they arrived, and they got right to it. It worked out just as I had hoped. I get alot of compliments on it. They followed up with me after completion as well. The only thing I told them was it would have been nice to get a confirmation call the day before to make sure they were coming since I had to take the day off work to be home for them. Otherwise everything was flawless.

On their web site the areas they service were Chicago and a suburg called Orland Park. Orland Park is farther south then where I live so I called. I was told they do not come that far south.

Absolute worst customer service ever. I called this company a week ago to schedule the repair of my wooden fence, and spoke with a man to set the appointment for today, May 23rd. He told me that someone would call me on May 19th or 20th to schedule a time for the appointment, but that they would be here on the 23rd. After not hearing from anyone, I called today to see what time to expect them, and was told that no one had scheduled the appointment, but that he would see what they could do. I just got a call back from the same man I set the appointment with, who had the nerve to tell me that I was confused, and that we hadn't actually scheduled anything, and that because they failed to ever call me to set up a time to be here, that meant the appointment was not set and I should not have expected them here today. He also had the nerve to tell me that we had "just scheduled an appointment for A Monday, not necessarily today." I reiterated to him several times our conversation and that our appointment was absolutely set for today, but he said they would not send anyone out today and that we could reschedule it for a week from now. I let him know that the fence has to be repaired asap and that I'd made it clear today was the only day I would be available for the week, and asked that they come out tomorrow at 5:00 when I come home from work. He told me that was too late for them, and laughed when I suggested they make an exception, due to their error. He then said, "I'm sorry, but I can't help you." What an absolute joke of a company, please don't bother with them.

The workers showed up on time and worked diligently until finishing. The final product looks fantastic. Very high quality.

my old fence was not in great shape but after one of the recent wind storms, sections of it fell down. Since I have a dog I really needed to have it replace before winter set in. When I called to make an appointment, they were able to accommodate my schedule. Jerry (who was great) came on time (early in fact) and did a complete review of my fencing needs. He was very kind to explain a number of options to me. No pressure sales (unlike another vendor). When I called to schedule it, they were again able to fit in my schedule. The day of service they arrived on time and just got to work. They were able to replace my 100 ft fence in one day. Two slight hitches - it had snowed the weekend before so all the work in my back yard made things quite muddy (not really their fault but yuck on the mud). Where they removed the posts, they did not back fill the holes with concrete. I called as soon as I noticed and within a few days they came back out and fixed it. The price was in range with the other quotes and when I talked to them If\ felt like they were professionals, not just sales people. I would use them again

We had two projects. First, a deck and when that was finished and we were pleased with the results, we asked that a matching fence be installed. We had a different crew for each project. Each foreman was attentive and communicative. Good attention to detail. We are very happy with the work and the service.

Very pleasant company to deal with. I worked with Bob to get an estimate, and he was great. Very thoughtful and made good suggestions. The installers themselves were very nice and considerate as well. The hardest part was working with the Village to get a permit, but that doesn't reflect on the contractor. We love the fence and the ease of the entire process!

Quote was easy and they arrived onetime and completed the work quickly. They didn't need to fix one of the posts and they were very upfront about the costs.
