They replaced my hot water heater on a Sunday morning with a 1 day notice. 1 Week later we smelled gas, Nicor came out and tested saying the screws were not tightened and we were very lucky we called. We still haven't heard from the company and \ tell all that if you need work done DO NOT CALL R.A. Plumbing.

The owner helped us out with our new 2 flat in Chicago. We were having issues getting hot water and he diagnosed the issue quickly and solved the problem promptly. He additionally helped us out with some education on how to use our water pressurizer correctly and other things related to the water heater saving us some money in the long run. They took the time to explain the issues to me and were very patient.

Worker, named Jim, also replaced water line valves associated with the job. His was forthright with his price estimations and worked with good speed and care. I like him so much that I helped him dispose of boxes, and move the old water heater out of our home. I would use this company again.
