After my water heater failed, I found R.A. Mechanical o Home Advisor. They got in touch with me that night and came out the next day with a quality new unit. Install took 2 hours start to finish and I had hot water before my wife came home from work. Very satisfied all around.

Jerry and Rich were great. They showed up on time, were neat, efficient, and explained exactly what they were doing. A great team.

They responded to my inquiry to Home Advisor within a couple of hours. Then gave me a quote and an arrival time of one hour. They were a bit late but I thought coming from Frankfort to the south side of Chicago was a bit ambitious in that time. So they arrived in about the time I thought it would take and completed the job in amazing time.

To put this in perspective, I created my project late in the night. Early in the morning I got a call from Rob. Before I was even finished eating my lunch, the sump pump was completely replaced and the job was done. Fantastic customer service and high quality work by Jerry. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

They are happy to get the job done asap.

I didn't like the experience at all they were over 25 minutes late coming to my location. When they change the water tank they messed up my hot water in my bathtub / shower I have basically no water pressure whatsoever and then they want to charge me an extra $300 for them to fix it. When they had mess it up. I had good water pressure before they changed the tank. The guy is a good bs'er an talker. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AT ALL. LOOK AROUND FOR A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T FIX ONE THING AN MESS UP SOMETHING ELSE.

Replaced hot water gas valve in a timely manner & left the area as clean as it was before start of work.

They did a great job. I wouldn t hesitate to call them again if I needed work done.

Very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous service done by Rob and Gary at fair and reasonable prices --- so, I had them do some extra plumbing work while they were at our home and got 2 jobs done for about what others wanted to bid just for a replacement water heater!

Rob and Jerry did a great job with our tankless water heaters. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Their bid was far less than any others we recieved. The project took more than one day and we were only without water for s couple of hours (unlike another plumber who gave us a quote for the job and said we would be without water 2-3 days). They left the work area clean and tidy each day. Highly recommended!
