On a very, very rainy Sunday morning, I found water in my basement due to a defective sump pump connection. While the pump was working non-stop, the connection caused water to spew all over the place, and the water was coming in rapidly. After finding a listing on Angie's List under Sump Pump that was near my home, I left a voice mail asking for a return call around 8:30 am. Within an hour, Dan Ryan had returned my call. I explained the situation and he told me that it sounded like an easy repair, explained the cost for the service call, and that he would pick up a part and arrive around noon or 12:30 pm. When I asked if there was any way to come earlier due to the situation, he said he would see if he could alter his schedule and, if so, call me back. In less than 10 minutes, Mr. Ryan called back to say he was on his way and would arrive within 45 minutes. He arrived on time, bringing the correct part, and made the repair. He also double checked the pump and the outflow to make sure that all was operating correctly. I was very grateful for his prompt and courteous service.

They did a really great job. I shopped quite a bit and their pricing was exceptional. They followed up after and made sure we were comfortable with the work. His inhouse demeanor was very comprehensive and I would recommend him to anybody.

Dan was very polite and efficient. He did a urethane injection of a leaking crack. He explained the whole process beforehand. He was right on time and we haven't had a problem since.
