It was $1,000 up front. Say roof had no hail damage. I told Eric Petry it did. He said it did not. A licensed roofer said visible damage. Lies and shady from the beginning!! RUN!! No communication between managers and CREW!!! P*** poor work, asked to fix horrible caulking job. Crew caulked wrong windows. Half a** job, open to elements. Reluctant to give my money back.

Our house (sidings, roofings and gutter) sustained significant damages from hail and wind earlier this year. We were approved by our insurance to fix our house. We did lots of research and read lots of reviews in order to find the right contractor to do the job. We interviewed 3 different contractors but none of them was able to convince us to sign contract with them until we found All Storm Solutions. We got to see their work on one of the neighbor's house before we signed with them. I'm one of those picky customers, so when I saw how well they did on the neighbor's house, I decided All Storm Solutions would be the right contractor to do the job for us. We dealt with Eric Petry from the beginning. He was very courteous, knowledgeable about the products and able to offer different options for the homeowner. Between signing the contract until the work started, it took about 3 weeks. There is another Eric in the office, he is from production and he had kept us informed with the schedules. They did the roof on 1st day, sidings and patio door on 2nd day and gutter on the 3rd day. Their works are excellent, very neat; I can't give enough compliments how well they installed the new roof/sidings/gutter. They even did the follow up for couple of times to make sure if there were things we were not satisfied and needed to be redone. We highly recommend All Storm Solutions if you need a reliable contractor. The workmanship is excellent! Customer satisfaction is their priority!

We had some animal and significant wind damage (missing shingles) to the house roof. We worked with Lance and Eric from All Storm Solutions. Lance provided us with all the details on what needed to be done regarding a full tear off and re-shingle. He also worked with the insurance claims adjuster for us. Eric took care of many other things, including the getting the permit, and scheduling the work and inspection. The materials arrived the evening prior to the scheduled tear off, and any extra materials were picked up promptly the morning following the work, unlike other roof projects in my neighborhood where skids of shingles sit on driveways and lawns for extended periods of time. The work crew did an excellent job. The entire house was tarped during the tear off and shingle work. After wards they did a good job cleaning up the debris. Lance stopped by during the work to answer any questions we had, and to see if the work crew had any issues. The entire experience went very well. We would not hesitate to recommend All Storm Solutions to others or use them again in the future.

On time clean and professional

Sunday March 5th 2017 soffit and fascia work was completed on my home and after a quick visual inspection everything appeared okay. On March 13th, after a couple windy days, I noticed a fairly large gap near the roof line on my upper gable fascia. When the new fascia was initially installed it sat right next to the roof line so everything appeared fine at that time. I assumed the rotten wood was replaced, since it was part of the work order, but it wasn’t until a couple windy days later that I clearly noticed a two foot section of 1x2 wood was completely missing behind the fascia. I promptly called All Storm Solutions and was told the person who provided the estimate for my home would have to call be back regarding this issue. Later that day, I spoke with the estimator and was informed he would be in touch again shortly to get this situation resolved. In addition to the speaking with the estimator on March 13th I also copied both owners on an email describing my issue along with pictures related to the missing wood. I didn’t want to have this issue to drag out without notifying the owners since I was not satisfied with the completed work. There were 4 issues related to the work done at my home - 1. While the work was being completed on my house I noticed the gutters were never removed/reinstalled as the written estimate stated. I didn't think it was a big deal because other companies that provided me estimates didn't even offer this as an option. One of the owners agreed he would simple deduct the $150 from the final invoice. Later, after paying off the adjusted remaining invoice balance, the estimator mentioned he actually let the office know they needed to remove the gutter charge within a day of starting work on my home. So, if the estimator informed the office to remove the charge why was is still listed on the final invoice the owner sent? Possible scenarios on why the charge was still on the invoice include a) the estimator never told the office to remove the charge b) The office was told and forgot to update the invoice c) The office was informed to deduct the charge but chose to leave it on the invoice hoping I wouldn’t notice – Bottom line is that I caught the error 2. The second issue was noticed on the hand written estimate while dealing with the gutter fee. The 3% fee for using a credit card was somehow doubled which caused an extra $146.58 to be added to the total. Again, another simple fix that the owner adjusted for me by deducting it from the total. Since I was in the office signing paperwork and watched the estimator using a calculator to determine the fee I naturally assumed the math was correct. – This was the second error I was able to catch before paying my invoice 3. Unfortunately, the third issue wasn’t noticed until after my invoice was already paid in full. The rotten wood on my upper gable was never removed/replaced per the written estimate. This was the primary reason I called All Storm Solutions to begin with. I expressed my concern that I wanted the 1x2 and 1x8 boards that were clearly rotted, not just paint peeling, replaced prior to installing the fascia. About a week after the install I noticed a gap along the roofline where I was clearly able to see there was no 1x2 installed in a two foot section to support part the new fascia. Apparently since there was nothing to support the aluminum fascia it was able to separate from the house after a minor storm. When the fascia was initially installed it hugged the roof line so there wasn’t a noticeable gap to reveal there was no wood behind a section of fascia. Since the house initially appeared to be completed with no issues I even tipped the contractor, for what appeared to be a good job. Obviously I was wrong in assuming the underlying work was actually completed. To know this was yet another $200 charge I paid for that was related to work never completed was infuriating. After I made it clear to the estimator I wanted the rotted wood replaced and not just a credit for not done he agreed to send back out the contractor. At this point I requested before/after pictures as verification the work was actually completed since the end result is covered by aluminum it makes is difficult to determine you’re not being taken advantage of. After the contractor came a left I was provided with one pitiful picture but I was able to determine the old rotted would was never replaced just by looking at the roof line. I reached out to the estimator, yet again, who in turn had the contractor come back out again to actually replace the rotted wood. 4. The final issue was discovered a little over a week after the rotted would was finally replaced. I went to pull out my ladder and unclog a gutter and discovered a cap, used to push in locking pins, had been cracked off and was sitting on my garage floor. Since the last person to use my ladder was the contractor and his crew it didn’t much to realize they broke the ladder when they used it without permission. I bought the ladder new in October 2016 and paid $270 so obviously I wasn’t happy since I only used it 3 times before it was found broken. A new replacement ladder was provided within a couple weeks and I turned over the damaged ladder to All Storm Solutions. In case you were wondering the gutter wasn’t clogged with debris from the soffit and fascia work even though I did pull out cigarette butts (the contractor was a smoker) and large aluminum pieces related to the job. Had I not caught all these issues All Storm Solutions would have made nearly $500 extra in overcharges and erroneous fees and caused damage to my $270 ladder. Yes, they fixed all the issues that I presented to them but this process also left me with an anxiety that I overlooked something. I’ll admit everyone I dealt at All Storm Solutions was extremely friendly but at the end of the day I felt like I was taken advantage of and cannot in good conscious recommend this company. I’ve also been informed they no longer use the contractor that worked on my home but that does nothing to remedy the poor experience I personally had.

Eric came out, and was very upfront with us from the very beginning. They worked with us on everything we needed, and followed through on any of our questions or concerns. They also patched up our roof. It's been a few months, and not only does our siding looks beautiful now, but shortly before the winter started, our squirrels tried to get back in. They failed. I gave the company a bad review at first and it was an unfair review and for that I'm sorry. the job was done to my satisfaction and no money was taken until they were sure I was satisfied. i would hire them again.

It was a good experience from beginning to end. They finished yesterday and I paid them in full this morning.

The job went pretty well. They arrived a little later than expected and some of the shingles still looked to be lifting afterward, but no big deal considering the great price and responsive staff. I've attached 2 before pictures and 2 after, from my home inspector.

Awesome job! Eric P., the Regional Director, came to my house and was very thorough in his assessment. He listened to what I had to say and presented several options to fixing the ceiling leak, etc.. Some tree branches had grown over my roof to the point they were lying on the roof. I asked if the team could cut those and Eric added that to the agreement and the roofers took care of it no problem. When the roofing team arrived, they were actually a few minutes early. They immediately. began putting tarps down to protect the plants, etc. around the base of my house and were meticulous about cleanup when they were finished. They used a magnetic roller to be sure no nails, etc., were left on the ground. The roofers were very polite and worked throughout the morning. I don't think they even took any breaks! My home looks great with the new roof and the leak in the kitchen is gone. Eric returned a few days after the job was completed to make sure everything was perfect. I am very pleased with with the roof as well as how conscientious both the roofers and Eric are. If I ever need any of the services that All Storm Solutions provide, I won't even need to shop around for competent, reliable people to do the job. I have confidence that this company is my best option and that is from personal experience!

The piece of our roof (apparently called the fascia) that fell off of our roof during a storm one night and landed in our driveway was unexpected, and as most people feel during accidents like this, super annoying. Instead of having to stress about it at all, All Storm Solutions knew just what to do and took care of it quickly and did an incredible job, too! As a sidenote, they were also the lowest estimate we received (and nicest to work with, which is always a HUGE plus.) Winning! There is no doubt I would recommend them to anyone I know. My wife and I had a great experience with All Storm Solutions from start to finish. Eric Petry was able to come out to give us an estimate for gutter and roof work very promptly upon receiving our request, and we greatly appreciated the quick turn around in sending us the estimate and contract. We were on a pretty tight time frame to get the work done, and I was very impressed with how quickly Debi was able to get back to us with dates that worked perfectly. The roofing and gutter workers were all very professional and did a great job. We will definitely be coming back to All Storm Solutions in the future as the need arises. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism across the board.

The company was one of the best companies we have dealt with. They kept us informed every step of the way, arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently within the agreed time and the cleanup was excellent. Everything went very well. It was a real pleasure dealing with the sales rep he made the entire process go very well, he even didn't mind my continual questions. The work was done professionally and in a very timely manner. The workers were very courteous and did a great job. Secured three estimates. All from Angie's List providers. Two were within $150 of each other. Chose All Storms because of Lance's follow up and assurances of top quality job. Date was set. Crew showed up and removed all roof, installed new, cleaned up and hauled away in one long day. Lance met us three days later for walk around and payment. Painless.

I was very impressed with All Storm's professionalism....right down to the booties the manager put on when coming inside to explain to me the process. I would recommend, without equivocation, All Storm to anyone in need of a new roof in the western suburbs of Chicago.

My husband and I were both entirely pleased with the professionalism and customer service provided by All Storms Solutions. During the initial estimate and roof inspection, Dave was very knowledgeable and modest, never once trying to talk us into anything beyond our need. He took the time to answer our questions and explored various service options. Once hired for the job, the crew worked efficiently to tear off and replace our roof. Upon completion, they stayed to tidy the surrounding areas. This was by far one of the most pleasant contractor experiences that we have yet encountered. We have recommended the work of All Storms to friends and family. Additionally, as an added bonus, we have received compliments on our new roof from neighbors and those walking through the neighborhood.

Vendor was a no-show, & no cancellation/followup call, to a Saturday morning appointment - which resulted in 1/2 day waste of my day.

They arrived when they said they would, 7:30 am. Introduced themselves and worked diligently until the work was completed. Ponco, the drywaller/painter, was amazing with how perfect his edges were. Great job! On Professionalism: have workers wear a company shirt instead of whatever.

The quality of the work was excellent but more important to me was the level of service. I had to get a gutter replaced before my house was getting painted in a few days. I made several calls to various companies and no one would even look at this small of a job. I called All Storm Solutions and spoke to Lance, gave him a project and he had someone out THAT DAY to do the job at a fair and reasonable cost. Needless to say I was very impressed! If I ever have need's in that department again they will be my one and only call.

All Storm Solutions handled the job well from the start to finish. Eric P. cold call our house (rang the front bell) after seeing the damage I tried to repair last November. He informed the insurance company would replace the whole roof . He met with the adjuster when she came out. He came to to review the job when the roof was being replace and made sure the crew completed everything properly. We were impressed with how well they cleaned up when they finished. We found no nails from the old shingle tear off. The new roof looks good. I'm hoping the energy star feature of the roof we chose will make the second floor cooler this summer. Overall no comments or complaints.

My first encounter with this company was the salesman knocking on my door to offer there services to repair the damages and said they would so a free inspection to access the damages for me and offered an estimate for repairs. I called my insurance company and made and appointment to come out for there inspection, which was also arranged to have someone from All-Storm Solutions. My insurance worked with my contractor from start to finish. Everything was repaired to my expectations. I was equally impressed with the contractor that were hired to complete the work. They were some of. The most professional and punctual service professionals that have worked on my home. The person I dealt with directly was Eric Petry and I can't say enough about his professionalism either, the. Company is very lucky to have them on there staff, he never left anything hanging, if there was a delay in getting services, he never hesitated to call me and I was kept informed of all aspects of the work, and there was no exchange of hands until the final walk through to insure that the work was done to my. It was my pleasure to do doing business with this company, I will not hesitate to call them in the future.
