Unbelievable incompetence. Total fail. These clowns booked my appointment in the wrong year. That's right, the wrong year and made it my problem. It's going to be a high of -9F and the fastest they ca get someone out is in 3 days.

Excellent service. Punctual and very courteous. Explained everything he was doing and willing and able to answer any questions I had.

Nick was very professional. He cleaned the furnace and advised us on what needs replacement and what are still functioning well. Even our dog likes him. :) It's good to know our furnance is still good.

We bought an Angie's List Deal for a cleaning,inspection,and tuneup of our furnace. We were able to schedule and have the work done in a timely manner. The serviceman was polite and professional and did not try to up-sell me,which I appreciated. However, he would not check the humidifier attached to the furnace. That was odd and the first time that component was ever skipped in all the years we've had semi annual furnace/AC checks with several HVAC companies. (Maybe this is because it was a 'deal'?) We've never had this happen before and we have paid less for more inclusive furnace checks. Other than that, we were pleased and would use them again.

Went well; only issue was that it took 3 weeks to schedule due to the provider being super busy with service calls. Dan (the technician) was very friendly and courteous. Took the time to go over and show you the work he did and tips on how to keep it running well in the future. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Everything was perfect. I loved the fact that they had booties for their shoes, they explained everything to me in great detail, and had an impressive professional disposition. I have already recommended them to my in-laws. Great value.

Purchased big deal for inspection, but needed service prior to appointment with Air-rite. Air-rite rep was professional, have used them previously for AC inspection, but I was just unable to use them at this time.

They checked and cleaned the furnace. Fixed the ignitor. I had asked them to also check to make sure the humidifiers were working. They never said they did not check them. Turns out they did not check them and they are not working. When I called them, they told me they would have to charge me another service call. This is poor form on their part and lacking in integrity. A bit of a bait and switch. I would have gladly paid them for the repair when they were here, but they want to charge me another trip charge in addition. I do not think they are transparent or upfront in their policy. They should have told me AT THE TIME of their policies so that I could have decided to pay them to check, and repair, if necessary. Very disappointing indeed!!

It took 3 weeks to get scheduled and the guy came towards the end of the estimated 4 hour window on Saturday. Either way, it seems like the guy knew what he was doing and did a good job. He gave me some thoughts on some potential for small repairs in the next couple of years. But he wasn't trying to sell me new units like other companies usually do. Pretty good experience overall.

The service tech called about 45 minutes before arriving. He took a good hard look at it and was amazed that the old clunker still runs ... he noted that it would probably be a good idea to consider upgrading to a new more energy efficient unit soon (apparently my furnace is a dinosaur). He checked and cleaned the furnace as best he could. He also checked at the furnace and at the registers upstairs to make sure that there were no carbon monoxide issues. Thankfully, even with an antiquated dinosaur for a furnace, carbon monoxide wasn't detected. He cleaned up his tools and was gone ... the whole visit took about an hour.

I was very pleased with the service provided and will use Air Rite again in the future.

They did fall clean up and tune up of 3 furnaces and 2 humidifiers.

The tech was on time and efficiently performed the service. He also address a couple of the unreasonable inspection items on the buyers report.

Mr. Pemble was professional and very courteous. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the part that needed to be replaced and he clean up before he left. I would definitely use this company again.

Very pleasant. Thorough. Explained everything to me in a way that helped me understand exactly what he was doing and why. Respectful. Wore shoe covers through house without prompting. Would definitely recommend them.

The service turned out good. The price was good and they showed up on time. I am still trying to figure out if our dampeners are set to the right settings. They could have asked a few more questions, now that they are gone. Overall it was good. I paid extra money to evaluate the air flow throughout the house.

The work was fine and I would definitely have them back again.

The gentleman showed up on time as promised to clean/service our furnace. He was friendly and explained the process to us before he began the work. He was also nice enough to point out a few things regarding filter changes, etc that we had not been told prior. He in no way tried to upsell us anything but as a good salesman, asked us to keep the company in mind when in need of a good furnace. We will use this company again for cleanings as well as purchasing a new furnace from them when our old one gives out.

The initial appt. took a few weeks to book but the technician arrived on time the day scheduled. He did a thorough cleaning and checked carbon dioxide, levels, etc. He suggested I replace a part that wasn't functioning at the level it should. I could have waited but since it had to be replaced at some point soon, I decided to go ahead and have him put in the part. He also asked if I had checked the batteries in my thermostat lately (which I never think of) and proceeded to replace them for me. He was very pleasant and answered my questions as well as suggested air filters that I should use. I will use them for annual maintenance on my furnace.

A man from the company came out on time and he was very nice. He did the job and told me that there was a crack and that I may need a new furnace. He also said that there was something else that needed to be replaced. He said that it was only 60% charged and it should have been fully charged. I did not do anything with him because I did have a home warranty so if I had to have a whole new replacement, I wanted to go through them. So, when I asked my home warranty guy to come out, he found nothing wrong with the furnace. I was not unhappy with him. Maybe the home warranty guy did not see it as a problem just yet and I did go out and buy one of those carbon dioxide detectors just to be on the safe side because both of them told me that because of the crack that that would release carbon dioxide. So, I got one of those and it has been fine. No alarm has been going off or anything. I do not want to say anything really bad about him but if I would have gone with him, I would have had to replace the furnace and this other little gadget that was on the furnace and the guy from my home warranty says, "No." He opened up the furnace and he said, "If there was a crack anywhere here, your flames would be moving and they are not. They are going straight." And the thing that the guy wanted to be replaced that he said was only 60%, he said, "That is like a battery. If it works, it works. If it does not work, it does not work and you would definitely need to replace it. We do not replace it just because." I only paid for the cost of the big deal. It was just to get the filters and all that cleaned because I live alone so I do not feel comfortable just turning my furnace on not knowing if it was okay or not. So, it was worth the $69 that I paid. He did not rip me off or anything. I just do not know if the other thing that he told me was true but he cleaned the furnace fine. He was also on time and professional but I would probably not use his services again in the future.

The technician fixed my initial problems: the control wire from the thermostat had been disconnected at the outdoor a/c unit, and the whole house humidifier had been improperly connected to the control panel. All OK so far. | |Then the tech wanted to sell me an annual maintenance package - one visit in the fall to check everything, clean leaves out of A/C, oil the furnace motor, etc. I bought the package with the assurance that Air-Rite would email me in the Fall to set a time for an appointment. | |I did get an e-mail reminder from Shelly Falconer on 11/6/13. When I called the office to set an appointment, I was told that I should call back in the Spring because I had only purchased the "bronze" maintenance package which does not include a Fall visit. | |Me: "Will you email me another reminder in the spring?" |Air-Rite: "No." |Me: "What exactly did I purchase then, and why did you send me an email now?" |Air-Rite: "Ummmmm..." Not sure. | |I am very disappointed, and concerned that I paid for a worthless maintenance package.

They did a really nice job. He was very knowledgeable and the work was excellent.
