The technician showed up an hour late but they did call and say he was running late. The technician was very knowledgeable and knew the model of thermostat I had very well. The work went very well on the thermostat installation with no complications. The work took the amount of time the technician quoted. I am quite happy with the installation!

They were quick at coming out, excellent customer service, however, be prepared to hire on the spot. Have pricing to compare before they come out because once they are there, you really don't have time to check before having to make an on the spot decision.

First time he showed up over 1 hour late. gave me a diacount for it. didnt fix the issue the first time, had to come out again free of charge to fix. ultimately fixed. so I like the result, but not the process

Shawn called to inform me he could arrive early, which was great, took his time determining the issue, and gave me options for solutions. He then glanced over some other small questions that revealed a larger issue. Very honest and professional, made me feel more confident in my ability to make informed decisions.

Bob was courteous - explained the system I have installed (new homeowner) and what I should begin to budget for. His delivery was professional, and he had an air of trust in the service he delivered. I would certainly recommend him and the company he represents.
