I got the appointment that same week but when nobody showed up between the scheduled time frame, I called and it appeared they did not know what I was talking about at first. Another tech then had to be dispatched and over 3 hours later. He was great though.

Annual cleaning on 2 furnaces. Did a thorough job. Also rodding an inside line and provided quotes on future projects.

Tried to push unnecessary work

The chargers for their service a little bit too high, I knew the problem for the furnace, one thing I'm not satisfied is that the inside/ around the motor was not vacuum when I hire someone for my main property they always do it. But the technician took his time to explain what he was doing. He's very professional. I wanted to hire them to clean the furnace for my other property but I think I think I'll shop around first.

Customer service was poor. Didn't indicate that there was a 2 hour window for the service time. Told me 7:00 a.m. told the driver 8:00 a.m. Never mention that the service time was between 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Intelligent uses a flat rate charge system. I was unfamiliar with that system. After doing research it seems that simple jobs that don't take long to complete or are easier are charged the same amount as more difficult and time consuming installations( programmable thermostat). This resulted in a charge that was at least twice as much as a materials/time spent hourly rate. I thought the service technician did an excellent job. I however now think I was overcharged for that service.

On the phone they told me it would be free for them to come out. When the guy showed up he told me it will cost me $127.70 to tell me what is wrong with my air conditioner. He would not tell me what is wrong until I agreed to pay $127.7 or agreed on a repair. turned out my water trap from the conditioned was clogged. it replace it he wanted $399. I said no thank you and I paid him $127 for doing nothing. I ordered a new EZ-trap on line for $14. I will be installing it myself. It looks like this will be a 20 to 30 minute job and on top I am a female. Shame on this company ripping people off. They are very expensive!!!!

Intelligent Service Plumbing installed toilets fixed an issues with the sump pump. I would recommend the service to others.

Easy to make appointments, the contractor explained things pretty clear to me. Plan to hire them again for a pipe leak repair.

One of the best experiences. Response to request for service was immediate. Jason was exactly on time. Gave an "intelligent" explanation of what appeared to need repair. Was correct. Work performed was timely. Quality of work: EXCELLENT. Cost was very fair. Will definitely use service again...and highly recommend to others.
