They replaced our old kitchen faucet that goes through a granet countertop with a new faucet and lines we bought. They did a Great job, Very pleased with their work! They were nice and professional too.

Intelligent plumbing sent out a technician named Matt, that was outstanding. He was efficient, clean up his area and explained exactly what he was doing in order to solve our problem. Before arriving, I had a picture to match the face of a technician coming to my home. I feel very confident in letting Matt into my home to complete the job. I would recommend Intelligent plumbing to my friends and family.

This job got off to a bumpy start with a plumber that I clashed with. The owner assigned another plumber and everything was wonderful after that.

BEWARE INTELLIGENT PLUMBING SERVICES!! I found this company here on Home Advisor. I called and their A/C Tech., Bob came out to check out our central A/C. Bob found a burned wire in the roof A/C unit and repaired it (supposedly). The A/C worked for a week and 1/2, then failed again. I went up to the roof to take a look, (I have over 40 years experience servicing residential, commercial and industrial equipment), but lost an arm and I have arthritis, making going on the roof difficult for me. I found the same wire Bob repaired was burned again, (he only replaced part of the burned wire, and left a second wire loose, which caused the repeat failure). I called Intelligent back and Bob returned. I had already diagnosed the problem, the relay that the wires connected to needed replacement, and the burned wire needed to be replaced. When Bob arrived I told him what I had found, he checked it and agreed. He replaced the relay and the wire, and charged me over $200.00 an hour to do the work. On his first visit he attempted to sell me a $9000.00 repair, which I declined. I explained to Bob that I had just lost my home, I am disabled, and my family was living off of 1 disability check. As an experienced technician myself, I know Bob is paid a commission on work he sells/performs. On Bob's first visit, he billed me $250.00 for his incomplete repair, and on his second visit, he billed me $440.00. I asked him why it was so much, thinking that the relay was expensive, but he told me that the relay was not expensive, his time was. I KNOW he ripped me off, since I diagnosed the problem, and the time he spent here was minimal. I am also a multiple stroke patient, and sometimes have to think situations out. This company is dishonest and their technician greedy. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY FOR ANYTHING EVER!! I WILL ALSO BE POSTING THIS COMMENT ON FACEBOOK. Good job, I'd like use them again the next when I replace my Pump

Hot water side of single handled tub faucet was not working. My assumption was some debris from a hot water heater replacement got into the tub's hot water cartridge was my belief, but was ready to move onto other possibilities if it turned out. Inetl. Plumbers arrived and evaluated the worse scenario off the bat. Replace the entire hot water pipe from basement to second floor and everything else that comes with that! REALLY!!! AND take many many unknown days to accomplish. + TALL $$$$$$$ I had to talk this guy down to reality and said I need this done today, not whenever and let's start with pulling the cartridge and see where that goes or he could hit the bricks. A call to his mgnt had my approach to start with. Needless to say that is what it was, a little bit of cleaning an hour later. However, it was quite costly still $281 to do that job, but cheaper than what their first assessment was.

Intelligent Service Plumbing installed toilets fixed an issues with the sump pump. I would recommend the service to others.
