One of the best experiences. Response to request for service was immediate. Jason was exactly on time. Gave an "intelligent" explanation of what appeared to need repair. Was correct. Work performed was timely. Quality of work: EXCELLENT. Cost was very fair. Will definitely use service again...and highly recommend to others.

Everyone I dealt with at Intelligent was pleasant and professional and seemed genuinely eager to get me the plumbing help I needed when I needed it. Their customer service is refreshingly good and they appear to have have done a quality replacement job on the main water valve leading to my Townhome. I did not have the luxury to shop around for price quotes, so I honestly don't know how their charges compare, but at least they did a good job when I needed them to, they worked with my tenants' schedule, they sent a photo of their tech ahead of time, etc and I certainly plan on trying them the next time I need a professional plumber.
