It looks like they came for the service at the end of October and then a month later, something was not right and hey came back. It was some sort of thermal coupler or something like that, I don't remember exactly. But I haven't had any problems since then. Something was up and I don't remember exactly. They are really great. They are easy to get a hold of. It's a small company and if you have an issue, they are really good at following up and helping you. I really like them. Just last week the people up on the third floor of my condo were having a problem with their air conditioner. I could see in the back because the air conditioners are right next to each other right outside my back door so I could see someone out there working. The next morning I see that I've got a text from the girl on the third floor, I didn't have my cellphone on at the time and she sent me 5 texts saying that they were having problems with their A/C and their A/C guy was down there cleaning out their air conditioner and they were really cheap. He also said that my air conditioner was clogged and wanted to clean my air conditioner for a low price. But I was like I just got my air conditioner serviced and cleaned like on June 3rd so I called CEMCO and I asked to talk to John who is the service guy who always comes out, he called me and I told him what the text said and he was like he found that hard to believe since he had just cleaned the air conditioner. He told me that when I get home I should take a picture of my air conditioner and send it to him so that he sees how it looks, because if it's dirty, he would come back and clean it for me. I came home, looked at the air conditioner and it was perfectly clean. I texted the picture and he told me there was nothing wrong with it. This guy maybe just wanted to get extra money maybe thinking that I don't service my air conditioner. I don't know what other people charge but I think their pricing is fair. To me they are just good people and they do a good job.

I originally bought my condo so I'm the first owner, I've been working with the company that actually installed the heating and air conditioning in here and they've been great. And I don't know if they are on Angie's List at all. I've never really looked beyond that. I have a service contract with them so they come out before the winter and before the summer. I've had them out since I've been here, probably one other time for a furnace issue. I think they had to replace some kind of thermal coupler or something like that but I really like that they have a service contract and they come out. I haven't had any problems, I think having regular maintenance has kept the equipment working good. They have a list here on my furnace and they mark everything down. They charge $305 for the whole year, both winter and summer and with their contract they also give you a 10% discount on all services. If I had a problem and hey came out, I would get a 10% discount versus a full price they would charge somebody who doesn't have a service contract with them. They are just honest great people. They know their work and I think the maintenance keeps the equipment running well.
Description of Work: They clean my air conditioner and check everything and they do the same probably some time in November and they do that for my furnace. They did maintenance services.
