The gentleman that put my humidifier in was prompt and quick. He explained how it worked and was finished in record time. I have no complaints at all - very professional and I love my humidifier!

OUTSTANDING ! Tech showed-up. Installation took a little less than 1/2 hour. He took the time to explain the working details to us. And he offered to help us w/ any other furnace or air conditioning we might have in the future. The working element, the light bulb, is expected to only last a year. The light bulb should be replaced every year. "A Professional" can provide these or I can order these from the manufacturer and do it myself. Tech showed me how. Its been over a month since we had the UV lamp installed. So far ... allergies and colds "seem" better ,,, but it is really too soon to tell for sure.

They were supposed to do this as maintenance and they charged me more than what was advertised. They ignore me and keep charging me high prices and do false advertisement. It was very negative. They put the boiler in and the unit still is not working 4 years after they installed it. They charged me $4000 to do so. They have been nothing but a problem for me. They are using me. The issue has never been corrected and there shouldn't be any issues with it in the first place since it's new.

Denis was great he was on time and explain the problems and clean the furnace.

We had a coupon for furnace maintenance, and cleaning. The person that arrived did a great job and found an issue with leaking gas, which he fiixed as well.

Explained same issues with my old furnace, showed video of heat exchanger condition, discussed recommendation & options.

The service tech Dennis is always curteous to call when he is in route. He explains what heis doing and cleans up before he leave. He is very cuteous and polite.

It turned out well and I have used them since to replace my humidifier.

They found no initial problems. A couple of months after, I started to have issues. I am not sure how thoroughly they inspected the unit. But I wonder if them problems could have been revent by a more thorough inspection and tune up.

Overall the service the service was fine.

It took a couple of trips for the company to look at the unit on our roof because the roof hatch is quite small. I had them do some basic maintenance. They gave me an estimate for potential future replacement of our extremely old HVAC system. All in all they didn't do a ton of work (I didn't ask for them to do much) but my experience with them was positive and I would use them again.

Service was performed as described on the big deal. They checked, cleaned and charged the unit and gave me some tips on maintaining my unit and very friendly.

Overall it was a positive experience and the technician even took extra time to fix a vent we were having trouble closing. If we need any more work done we will definitely call A Professional Heating and Cooling Inc.

They came installed a new whole house humidifier in a few hours and left. They even checked and cleaned the heater, even though, it was not included in the price. The installer found that our heater was not running properly because it needed to be cleaned. Now we have a working humiidifer and heater. The only minor issue we had was that they were schedueld to come between11-1pm. When they did not arrive at 1pm, I called the store and found out they had been trying to call the cell phone number of the person who was not at home, instaead of calling the house number directly.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Installation was fast. It has almost been 1 year since the installation and I have had no problems with the unit. I would definitely hire them again.

A Professional Heating Service performed the cleaning of my two furnaces but told me there was a part in one of the furnaces that looked like it would fail very soon and should be replaced for approximately $150. He suggested I replace the part immediately so I would not have to call again for an emergency service call. I did not want to take the chance so I did so. I have since heard from my regular heating professional that I did not need the part as it never fails on my type of furnace. So I tend to believe I was sold something I did not need.

They did a good job and the price was pretty reasonable.

Tech was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the process and equipment used.

Dennis showed up right on time and was responsive throughout the whole process. While he was here he performed a thorough inspection, answered all of my questions and helped me investigate the source of a water leak. Being a new homeowner, I appreciated that he educated me on my equipment.

I ordered the Angie's List Deal to get our AC serviced which included an inspection, tune-up, and 1lb of refriderant. After inspecting, the tech said we needed a brand new unit because the wires were fried and he would give us a discount since it wasn't an emergency replacement . The unit was not even 10 years old! Afterwhich, I don't think he even bothered to clean, tuned-up or add the refriderrant as he though he would be selling us a brand new unit. Needless to say, we got a second opinion and found a great company that re-wired our old unit for $125, and it has been working perfectly ever since. I think they just offered the Angie's List Big Deal to sucker people into buying new A/C units. Thankfully, we didn't fall for it.

The service was just ok as the Big Deal advertised an included Television inspection of our system. The tech had already finished and came up from the basement and was packed up to leave. Thee was no metnion of the televising and at that point I did not care to ask because I needed to get back to work as I had come home from work to meet the tech for the service call,

Matt, the service technician was very professional. He cleaned the furnace and noted that the humdifier pad needed changing. Luckily, I had an extra one, so he changed it (no extra charge). The heating sensor needed replacing, Matt was able to complete this also. I really like it when the technician doesn't try and "sell" additional services. Matt pointed out how well the system was working and indicated that the unit may need replacing in the future. He did not try and sell me a new unit. I will definitely call A Professional Heating & Cooling for any servicing in the future.

The technician arrived on time and ready to go. He was very knowledgeable and patient in light of my numerous non-humidifier related HVAC questions. Generally, I try to do most small home projects myself but I was leery of messing with the HVAC. After hearing a few worst-case scenarios about friends spending 5-7 hours installing humidifiers, I decided $369 was a great price to pay for the equipment/installation.
