They were super quick to call from the Home Advisor contact. Tech ended up coming same day of my request. Had them move gas line behind stove to new location. Tech's work was flawless and he was super polite. Very happy with the service offered and would hire again for other projects.

The installer did a good job with the installation of my new water heater. Solder connections looked professionally done. My only complaint was that he could have cleaned up a little better. The top of the water heater was left with a bunch of solder droppings and such.

Overall 2nd time I used Dynamic and they do a good job. Kitchen faucet should have been adjusted a little better though so when you turn it off it doesn't hit into the window sill.

The plastic toilet mounting ring was broken so one of the bolts that hold the toilet to the floor could not be secured. He added a metal plate over the plastic ring to provide a secure bolt mount. It was mounted via two screws into the floor. My gripe is that he charged me $35 for this part that took him less than two minutes to install. The exact part at my local hardware store would have cost me $4.99! His charge for the toilet remount was already $160 + the $35! It was an excessive charge that should not have been nearly that much.

Paul and Keith were great to work with. They quickly identified the problem and repaired a leaky sewer drain pipe within 2 hours of arriving. I would certainly consider hiring them again for other projects.
