Arrived as scheduled.

They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone. They came the next day and took care of the problem.

Was on time. Seemed very knowledgeable. Gave preventive tips. Price was reasonable. They are both heating and plumbing. We are dropping our other company and using this company as our go to for having work done. We were pleased.

Dynamic did a great job. Showed up on time, did exactly what I asked them to do for the price that was quoted.

The first plumber that arrived was arrogant and my original problem is still not fixed. After the first plumber left without checking the water shut off in the house. It was leaking on the floor of the laundry room which houses our water heater. He knew something was wrong with that type of shut off valve but did not tell us. My husband got a call back from the company promising a discount for the work needed to fix our second problem which I was not notified to look out for. They sent a second plumber to give us a quote for our new problem. Upon learning the “discounted” amount we said no. After that quote, we went to a big box store for some questions about gate valves all say they leak if they are original. The first plumper should at the least have told us to keep an eye on the valve or check the valve after cleanup knowing the history of these type of valves. Not a satisfied or happy customer and not a returning customer. Now out a couple hundred dollars.

Once the plumber arrived (I forgot his name and he didn’t put it on the paperwork), he was fast and did an excellent job. I love the fact that he didn’t try to upsale me on anything. I would have given five stars, but he was over an hour late, which almost made me late for an appointment. I do like the fact that he took that under consideration as he was working.

The customer service was awesome. The fellow they sent was absolutely terrific in what he did and did more than I expected. They were top notch and would definitely use again should the need arise.

Started off not real well. Initial plumber sent out was not qualified and was extremely dissatisfied. Called after plumber had left and voiced my concerns over the quality of the work performed. Kim was very polite and understanding and promised a highly trained representative would arrive the next day to inspect job done and correct as necessary. Denver showed up at scheduled time at my mothers condo and inspected work. The plumbing work performed previously was I expected was leaking. Denver owned up to the poor work performed and promised he would do the job correctly. Denver removed everything installed the previous day and did the job correctly and above and beyond what was required to insure a quality job. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had no doubts about the work done that it was done properly. All companies do have some employees who are not up to the task at hand, and Dynamic Plumbing is no different. Their response to my concerns were genuine and in the end made sure I was satisfied. If it weren't for the first plumbers ability they would of gotten 5's across the board.

Two problems: one, a leaky toilet. The toilet is very old. One prior plumber refused to work on it, said it was too old to fix. Dynamic had it fixed in about 45 minutes. The second problem is ongoing. I have a drain problem in a basement floor drain that takes water from a washer via a sink. They rodded in every direction but it still drains slow. The plumber stuck with the job for five hours trying to resolve it. Unfortunately it looks like we're going to have to do some major repairs (jackhammer the concrete floor and replace the pipes). However I give them credit for going above and beyond to try to solve the problem.

Do not hire! The owner is unprofessional and did not call back to schedule completion of the job. The plumber broke a part during the install and we?ve been without a kitchen faucet for over a week.

Their works was outstanding also have a reasonable price. After work got done they also give some tips not to let it happen in the future . We recommend this company to everyone who want a great job to be done.

Plumbing is one of my least favorite areas to deal with due to my lack of knowledge and it always feels like cost is out of line with work done. Dynamic from the 1st phone call to the last interaction was top notch. They spent time educating me on the issue, options to fix and cost as well as allow me time to digest and figure out what is best fit for my needs and budget. A+ all around! They will be my plumber of choice moving forward.

Extremely professional and easy to work with. We were given a fixed price quote for parts & labor over the phone, they arrived the next day on time, and completed the work within an hour. An invoice detailed all the work done for exactly the price quoted. Highly recommended.

Need it done yesterday like all plumbing jobs. Bottom of water heater blew out. Contacted HD & Lowe's but installation too costly. Started looking via Angie's but ended up here. Received calls immediately, some were able to do it that day. So we compared costs but more importantly, we were impressed with Kim's concern and ability to fit us in that day. Even if that meant someone would work after hours (same cost). The plumber was knowledgeable with 20+yrs of service, very professional and personable. Ended up leaving around 7:30pm and we were extremely pleased all the way around.

They were prompt in contacting me. Very courteous on the phone making the appointment. Fit their schedule to mine. Explained the difference between ejector and sump pump, making it easy for me to say replace the pump with a sump pump because it is just furnace condensate and softener water, nothing with solids. Tidy, courteous plumber. Liked having Kim to make contact with in the office rather than a plumber's cell phone.
