I wish that either they or I looked at which model of the Bradford White water heater that they were installing. There were two different model numbers and one was a Energy Star Qualified model which I would have paid extra for. They were very responsive and professional and I would use they again and recommend them.

My new water heater was installed very smoothly--faster than the estimated time, and everything works very well. The technician really knew what he was doing and was friendly and courteous too. I noticed a negative review of this company on Angie's List, but my experience was completely positive. I would recommend Dynamic Plumbing.
