We had an issue with the re-circulation of hot water throughout the house that our former plumber of 10 years could not figure out, even after spending all day "checking the system". Paul was able to diagnosis the problem within minutes, and repaired it almost as quickly. Needless to say, Paul is our plumber going forward. Thanks Paul!

Paul and Jacob were great guy. They were able to come in located leaked and broken pipe, fixed them and continue to check all other potential area. When other problem area found, they just fix them as well. This was on one of my investment property and there are unknown water issues. Fixed them and now the house have running water. yeah! thanks guy.

My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. And even though Dynamic Plumbing but forth every effort to help for something that was resolved differently they were happy with the outcome and not at all upset that there wasn't a bill for me to pay. We own a couple of pieces of property and based on their customer service I will be calling them for any future needs.

The fact he came out that day with no appointment and said just let me come out and give you a quote No Charge. This was just before the scheduled installer showed up to charge me $89.00 to give me a quote!!! I had to send them away. I can't afford to pay $89 for a quote for work . Even if it is applied to the service done.

Paul was prompt in responding to my inquiry to reseat a toilet. Quoted me a fair price and scheduled the repair for the next day. The job was at a rental property. He sent me photos of the work in progress and kept me posted on any other issues. His work was thorough and he cleaned up after finished. I would recommend Paul's work. Great customer service.
