They are very responsive and friendly. They do very good work at a reasonable rate.

We have worked with Bob (Air-Tech) for 12 years. He is very loyal to his customers and will do everything he reasonably can to make them happy. In terms of diagnosing issues, he is very knowledgeable and very honest. He tried very hard to make our older equipment last as long as it could, and worked hard to find us the best replacement equipment at a competitive price. We will be calling him again in April to service our A/C units, as well.

Bob called in the morning to confirm arrival time. He arrived at the time he said he would. He thoroughly inspected, tested and cleaned the furnace. We buy our filters online to save $$ (which Bob actually recommended we do years ago!) He replaced the humidifier filter for us, tested to make sure it was working properly and set for correct level. He also replaced the furnace filter so I didn't have to do it. He adjusted the dampers from summer to winter mode (summer keeps more cooling in the bedrooms, winter is the other way around). We've been using Air-Tech for over 12 years, including replacing our furnace. Easy to reach when you need them. Honest about what service you need (or don't!). Prompt, professional. Services are fairly priced. We feel comfortable recommending Bob and Kyle to anyone who asks.

Bob - the owner spent alot of time on this project and did not (in my estimation) charge anyway near what other providers would have charged us.   He also discussed in detail exactually what needed to be done on the project.   We would highly recommend his company to anyone.    5 Star performer..   Can't say enough about him.

Easy. Very helpful and felt they knew what they were doing. I especially loved the extra care they took to put down their own rugs and made sure they cleaned up everything before leaving. Nothing was left for me to do except enjoy the great service.
