We had several spots of missing shingles, and damaged shoes for exhaust. Nick was very responsive in coming out, and comprehensive in assessing the situation. The price was competitive, the repair was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

We had a roof leak around the chimney. George came out to look at the problem that very day. He explained the possible solution to the problem and the cost.George fix the leak that very day. I recommendthe Wise Guys construction co. and would use their services again.

Nick came to my house to check out a leak in my roof. The leak was near my chimney. I also had some plumbing work done which replaced a pipe attached to a vent pipe that went through the roof. Nick went on the roof and checked out these two areas and only found that the vent pipe needed to be caulked. He did this and when I asked what I owed him, he said no charge. I will certainly consider Wise Guys for my next project.

I was looking to have my roof repaired but knew I would need a complete new roof eventually so I was interested in estimates for both. Wise Guys was the first of 4 companies that I contacted. George responded quickly and answered all of my questions but understood that I was still interviewing other companies for estimates. After contacting the other companies I found that George of Wise Guys was the quickest to respond, was on time for our appointment and even after we agreed to the plan and set the time frame for the work he responded to all of my texts when other questions came up. My overall experience was great; I would hire them again.

After calling and leaving messages with 4 other roofing companies, Wise Guys did return my call and came out the very next day for an inspection. I had leaks in 2 bedrooms, and the problem turned out to be careless workmanship of the roofers that did a new roof only 12 years ago. The man doing the inspection took photos to show me what was wrong and patiently explained the issues. He recommended that the faulty shingles be removed and new ones installed properly. They were back here at work 5 days later. The 3 workmen were amazing- got the tear off done, the 2 story main-roof, the addition on the back of the house, the mudroom roof and 2 bay window shingles installed in the one day. Then they cleaned up everything, so well that it looked like they were never there. I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the entire experience doing business with Wise Guys.

Nick came to do an inspection on my roof and fixed the problem that moment!! I also mentioned that a piece of my siding had popped out from the wind and he had his associate fix that also! They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely have them back this year to replace my whole roof!!

Nick came to do an inspection on my roof and found the problem I was having was a simple fix. Took care of the issue right away. Nick was able to arrive earlier than my scheduled window appointment, which I really appreciated.

Re-roof and gutters. The Wise Guys are great guys! Very professional and personable. The job went as scheduled. When work was complete area was thoroughly cleaned. Wise Guys followed up the next day with an inspection and made sure we were happy. Highly recommended.

Wise Guys was very professional, on time and explained the project every step of the way. They replaced our roof and some siding as well as capped the trim around our windows. I would definitely recommend them, they were a pleasure to work with.

Work was done quickly and professionally. They worked efficiently and the entire process took less than a month, from initial inspection to roof installation.

Wise Guys came right out when I had wind damage to my house. They also came out when the tree was removed and gave me a tarp to cover the damage. They took pictures of the damage for me as well. They also came to the house when the insurance adjuster came to see the damage....in fact they gave an adjuster a ladder so that he could go up and see the damage. They were responsive and available to help me with whatever I needed. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up very nicely. I really appreciated the attention to detail from Wise Guys and HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Nick from Wise Guys was very prompt, right on time. I showed him my problem and we discussed options. Nick surprised me by taking care of the problem in short order. I was impressed. I'll be talking to him in the spring about replacing the roof he repaired. I am keeping Wise Guys information in my book of preferred contractors.

These people were real responsive. They explained what needed to be done and why. They talked through all paperwork. Easy tand get a hold of via phone, email or text. Did a pretty good job with f clean up afterwards. I would and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends.

Wise Guys Home Construction is a company that has set the bar for customer service that other companies would be hard pressed to beat. Wow! I am so impressed. It rained. I woke up staring at a leak in our bedroom ceiling. I got on my computer, went to HomeAdvisor.com, found the Wise Guys and requested a call. They contacted us a little while later. They came out to look at the leak and at the roof. They put a tarp over the leak and started the process rolling. They came out again with our insurance adjuster. We had to wait several days for the insurance company to get back to them. Then we had more rain. The leak expanded. Now pay attention to this: I sent an email to Nick, to Elvis, and to the insurance adjuster at 10:15 am and explained the situation. Nick called me at 10:35 am. He was at our house at 10:55 am. He looked at the expanded leak and added another tarp. It was all done BEFORE an hour had passed. Not many companies could provide customer service like that! Once the insurance company finally gave them the go ahead, they got the building permit from the city and scheduled the new roof to be put on 2 days ago. They started around 7:45 am. Finished a little after 5:00 pm including clean up. (Excellent, by the way.) They left their “rolling little dumpster” (where they had put all the debris from the roof tear off) in our driveway and sometime that evening they came and took it away. We didn’t even hear that happening. Amazing!

Nick from Wise Guys was very professional, showed up on time, looked at the damage and provided multiple options and provided repairs right away. Most importantly, focused on value and cost which were very important to me.

Due to weather and conflicts with timing of other jobs, it took a bit to get completed, but I have a full roof again. I'd hire again if the timing was not urgent.

Wise Guys took care if my project from start to finish. They worked with my insurance and the public adjuster to get me roof covered. I was advised every step of the way and the project was done without any delay or issue.

We knew when we bought our house that the roof will have to be replaced in a couple of years. When George came to inspect the situation, he showed up right on time, inspected the roof himself, showed me pictures of the roof and explained the pros and cons of filing an insurance claim (he knows the ins and outs and odds of various claims going through with different insurance providers). Our timing was tricky, as we wanted to get the job done before a long vacation and the weather was somewhat unpredictable. George was very flexible and assembled a crew really fast. The morning of the job the crew showed up on time, they covered the lawn and front of the house and got to work right away. George stopped by later to check if everything was going well. The job practically started at dawn and was done by dusk. Cleanup and everything. We couldn't believe it. Communication, documentation and everything in between was impeccable. I would recommend Wise Guys to anyone in a heartbeat.
