I had a leak in my ceiling in my kitchen ceiling, I read the reviews from Home Advisers, found Wise Guys Home Construction, Which they great reviews, and requested for them to give me an estimate to replace my whole roof. I met George, who assured me that he can stop the leak and gave me a great estimate which I could not refuse plus I know they do quality workmanship. Week later they came and replaced my roof and performed an excellent job on my house. The workers were very clean, did not leave no debris, workmanship that had been performed on my roof is the bomb. The day I met Elvis from Wise guys was like winning the lottery. I got up one morning to find a leak in my family room and requested quotes to repair the roof. Two of the three that came out gave me an estimate to repair the roof, which is what I asked for. Elvis told me they would work with insurance to provide a new roof. I was very skeptical because the roof is over 30 years old, but Elvis worked with the insurance adjuster, who did approve a new roof and interior paint, but did not stop there. He also got insurance to approve new siding, which I never even asked for, and all work fell under one deductible. I could have fallen out of my chair when Elvis told me I was getting new siding, as I had the original well-worn aluminum siding that was put on the house when it was built in the 60s. I also chose to have them add the soffit and facia to the scope, and their price was very reasonable. The shingles and siding were high quality, and their work was flawless. I have a bad raccoon problem, and they replaced all roof and foundation vents with animal proof vents, solving yet another problem for me. Everyone that came to the house was exceptionally nice, and offered suggestions, all of which I agreed to. On top of that, everything happened much quicker than I thought it would. I could not be happier for this experience. I can be a very difficult customer, and Wise Guys met the challenge and far exceeded my every expectation.

I had contacted my insurance company prior to looking for a contractor and was told my roof was not covered by my homeowners insurance policy. Wise Guys worked on my behalf with the insurance company and got them to pay for an entire new roof. The quality and appearance of my new roof is great, they completed the work in one day and the clean up process was immaculate. Highly recommend this contractor they were a pleasure to deal with

I called them for an estimate to fix a small hole in my roof, they came out a few hours later, provided a quote and were able to complete the repair on the spot! Very happy with the entire experience!

Nick came out to my house the next day on a Saturday. He found the problem and took pictures before and after. The price was more than reasonable. I scheduled another service that they provide. I would highly recommend Wise Guys roofing.

After the May hail storm I had a three companies come out to give me an estimate of the damages. All three said there really was not any damage and they were not interested in working with me. I had WiseGuys come out to give me an estimate to fix a roof leak (also part of the storm damage) and George said it looked like I have a lot of damage to the siding and asked to go on the roof. He said there was significant damage to the south side and some damage to the north side. After some discussion we hired WiseGuys and it was a great decision. They met with the insurance adjusters, helped with the paper work and got the work scheduled. What followed was , new roof, siding, gutters, window screens and repairs to the inside of the house where the roof leak damaged the ceiling and wall. The installers all were very professional and courteous.

I highly recommend this company. If you ever need a roof repair/replacement, these are the guys you can rely on. They are easy to work with, very professional and responsive. The best thing for me is that, they can help you with the Insurance claim process, so you don`t have to deal with it.

If I could give George and Wise Guys Home Construction a 10 Star rating, I would! I have a dear friend who is an 88yo widow. She had hail damage on her roof, and leaks as a result. Although I am a contractor, I live 400 miles away from her. She asked me to try to help her out. I spoke with the adjuster from her insurance company, SF, and they balked at covering the damage. At first, they didn't want to offer anything. I persisted, but again me being two states away, there was only so much I could do. SF finally offered less than $3k to partially (and I mean partially) repair a roof and a ceiling. They refused to do anything else even though the roof had extensive hail damage. I found Wise Guys on the internet, and left a voicemail. George called me back promptly, asked me to email him the insurance report, and went forward from there. He explained that they were public adjusters who would represent my friend in her claim to the insurance company. First off, he treated my elderly widowed friend with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and great communication. He was out there at least twice with meetings with the SF adjuster, in addition to other site visits. George made the strong case for this roof replacement to SF, and it would take me pages to document the extra effort and time that he devoted. He was also on the phone with me periodically to keep me updated on the process. He could have quit early on because this situation was so much trouble. But he didn't. He was always good for his word. He told me that he couldn't make promises as to the outcome with SF, but that he would do his very best to represent my friend with her claim. He never faltered. He went to bat for her, and didn't back down to the adjuster. Through his continuous efforts with the insurance company, George got my friend an entirely (complete!) new roof (which Wise Guys installed) and beautiful ceiling repairs (also done by Wise Guys). Minus her deductible, the insurance company covered the scope of work. The only item not covered was some plywood replacement, which no insurance company would cover as standard protocol. My friend was thrilled with the work, the crew, and the cleanliness. I personally saw the roof after it was complete, and it was done very well. I would recommend George and Wise Guys Home Construction to ANYONE with no hesitation. I am a contractor, and I have seen it all in over 25 years in the trades. These guys are a rarity. They are the real deal. Look no further. Thank you, George, for all that you did for my friend. You were a blessing to us.

I was grateful for Nick for his responsiveness to each of my concerns. He helped me with insurance coverage and the perfect color choice. The roofers were so diligent, finishing within two days, working into the evening hours. I am very impressed with Wise Guys!

The gentleman that came out to look at my roof didn't think that the leak was coming from the roof. He felt that the leak was from an adjacent pipe. Spent quite a bit of time inspecting. Would hire them again.

Nick and Elvis did a remarkable job on my roofing project which started as what I thought would be a small repair but turned out to be a full fledged roof replacement due to storm damage. I highly recommend Wise Guys for their professionalism and thoroughness. Love the magnetic sweeper that picks up all the loose nails! Each of my additional requests (adding vents, pulling sub roofing in order for me to insulate otherwise inaccessible areas, accommodating existing exterior roof heaters) were met perfectly. I've already referred them to 3 neighbors.

Our roof was damaged by the recent hail storm that affected some in the community. After receiving dozens of postcards I asked a friend who did his roof? He recommended Wise Guys. One call Elvis came out met with us explained the process and less then two weeks everything was complete. New roof, new gutters, new downspouts. This is a professional organization. They were responsive, they communicated throughout the project. Excellent experience!

Our roof was in bad shape. I reached out to the company on a Saturday, and by Monday, a representative came out. He inspected our roof and gave us a quote that day. He was direct and honest with us. We already knew the possible problems and he detected them and a few more. We hired this company and replaced our entire roof. The crew that came out did the job in one day, exactly what we were told. Everything were were told on how the job would get done is what happened. I am a gardener and was worried about my yard getting destroyed. At the end of the job, my yard was not touched. The crew was respectful and careful! They were thorough cleaning up the nails from my driveway using a metal detector and then blowing it clean. The professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and straight up approach in communication are all reasons why we hired this company. If you like a company that communicates well, cares about doing a job thoroughly, carefully, and pays attention to the small details, this is your company!
