We had a new door installed with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding and couldn't be more pleased! From the office staff to the installer, everyone was so professional and courteous. The door installation took one day total and my house was left as clean as when the installer arrived. I would definitely go back to them for my future needs!

Illinois Energy Windows have a great selection of products. This is our second purchase with them because we have been very satisfied with the first project. The staff is very friendly and they really listen to your needs. There is no hard sell or pressure to buy. The installation crews have been really good on both projects. They arrived at our house on time and finished as promised. The crew was careful with their work. There were no messes left for us to clean up.

Illinois Energy Windows & Siding my husband & I could not be more pleased with our recent fiberglass door installation. Joe visited our home (sometime in October) for an estimate and was very well prepared with samples, pictures of past installations, manufacturer brochures and most importantly, his knowledge. We were sold with his professionalism! The day came and Jerry (the installer) was very well-trained and he was totally professional. The install area was well protected, dust was minimized, debris was cleaned up and the quality of the workmanship was quite excellent! Jerry got it right the first time which, unfortunately, is all too rare these days. Way to go Jerry and many, many thanks!!! In conclusion, we are most pleased with the outcome and will certainly be recommending them to my friends, family and co-workers for their window and door needs!!!

My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I had old wooden windows that were starting to rot and wanted new white vinyl windows. Vince was very helpful and friendly in the showroom. Then Brian came out to my house the next day to explain the whole process, take some preliminary measurements, brought an actual window, showed me videos and gave me a complete quote. I committed to the project at that meeting and got pre-approved for the financing. He was very prompt and professional. Then Dominick came out to do the final measurements. The installers were also prompt and laid down tarps everywhere. They came out despite the freezing cold weather and installed 7 beautiful windows in a timely manner. I spoke on the phone to the general manager and to Jill and Shelby. All called when they said they would and were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Illinois Energy Windows & Siding!

The windows are high quality and have helped keep my heating bills down during the winter months. They kept me informed of the installation process. I had all my house’s window frames replaced by Illinois Energy and it looks great. Had an issue with one frame but IE stuck to their promise of no payment until I am 100% satisfied and got the problem addressed with great skill and professionalism (thank you Nate and team!) The quality and workmanship is fantastic and I recommend IE hands down.

We had an outstanding experience ordering our front and back entrance doors from Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. Before contacting them we had gotten a quote from a competitor and definitely had sticker shock, after that we scheduled a meeting with Illinois Energy & Electric. They were able to meet with us quickly and the rep we met with, Paul, was on time, friendly, helpful, and gave his honest opinion. The doors came within the estimates time frame and installation was scheduled shortly after. Our installer, Jerry, was on time, very courteous, and did a fantastic job with both taking out the old as well as installing the new. I also appreciated that they also do their own installations and don't outsource them. Overall we have been more than happy with our experience. The doors look great!

They did a great job with everything. We got a window replaced and also a door moved and new windows installed. They do more than just replace windows They will do the cut outs, siding, some electrical, drywall, trim. Pretty much everything you need. There was a minor issue with the door they put in not beening adjusted properly and light was seeping in but they were quick to fix it. There customer service has been very responsive. To anything I have had trouble with. Definitely a huge recommendation from me.

We have had all of our windows and doors replaced by Illinois Energy. They are true professionals. Their sales staff are very freindly, helpful, and do not try to pressure you in any way. Their instalation crew is very quick, efficient, and when they are finnished, there is no sign they were ever there. (Excpept the new windows of course.) Everything they install has a lifetime warrenty. Our dog scratch up our patio door screen, and they came and replaced it the same day, for no charge. I do recommend them to everyone.

From the initial estimate, to the scheduling, installation, and follow-up, our entire experience was top notch. Joe came out for the initial meeting and estimate for five new windows we were hoping to replace and was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and in no way pushy. And when we had follow-up questions, he kindly returned to our house the following day. Shortly after deciding to proceed with Illinois Energy and Windows, they sent a follow-up technician to double-check measurements prior to manufacturing. Our windows were manufactured and ready for installation several weeks early and Samantha made scheduling our installation super easy. Max and his crew (3 total) arrived right on time on install day and quickly got to work with laying down protective plastic and tape to keep dust to a minimum. We were told they should be able to complete the job in one day, but might need a second day depending on how the install went. Max and his crew worked efficiently, but in a very thorough manner and ended by around 3pm. The team was diligent in cleaning up all of the debris and dust and made sure we were happy with the installation and had all of our questions answered before leaving. Beyond being very happy with the final installed product, I am most impressed by the organized and professional communication we experienced from start to finish. Despite interacting with numerous points of contact, it was clear that all were on the same page and up to speed on the project history and status. I would, without hesitation, go back to Illinois Energy and Windows for additional window replacements. Great job all around!

Illinois Energy came out right away and gave us a window replacement quote. They were very informative and detailed and we decided on getting 9 windows replaced. R They came out and double-checked the measurements a few days later. The windows were ready early which was a great surprise. They were installed and we are very satisfied.

I was in need of having 2 large rotten windows replaced. Now how to choose a window replacement company? I've seen all the TV commercials for various providers. I was concerned about the installation as there was some rotten wood. I eventually selected Illinois Energy Windows, as the installer are not subcontractors. They were also able to configure a custom window that works better but still met the home owners assoc. requirements. Upon arrival the installer laid tarps all the way to where the windows would be installed. The installation went smooth and they actually cleaned up after. Check them out.

Illinois Energy is a top-flight company! They were on top of it from the moment we called them to inquire about our large windows (68” x 46”). We had three-to-four companies come through our home with the same spiel but Illinois Energy had a good price (somewhere in the middle) and had a warranty that was above-and-beyond better than all the competition. We were able to haggle a little to get to a price that worked for both parties. When the day came to have the windows installed, the contractors were quick and efficient. It looks as if the windows were always there. They cleaned up and overall did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future.
