Getting a new double front door and storm doors was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with this company. We received our estimate with Joe who took the time to really explain everything in detail, and set us up for a successful experience. The installation of the doors took 2 days and Jerry our installer was excellent. There were sever things that happened where he had to pivot and do things a little different, but he kept us informed the whole time. We are very pleased with our new front doors and Illinois Energy. Highly recommend them for your needs and we will be a repeat customer.

We've had all our windows done and have taken advantage of small adjustments under the lifetime guarantee. They schedule the date and come out to adjust, or in our case replacing a sliding screen door completely, instead of an adjustment that wasn't perfect. When we met with Garrett, we were only getting estimates for the future because we were getting married and hosting a reception at our home in 2 months. Garrett worked with his team to make the install happen before the reception. Everything was easy exactly as Garrett had planned. Our estimate process was smooth, financing was easy, the staff was friendly and professional, install scheduling happened as we planned, and the install team was fabulous as well. We had a window, sliding door with transom, and storm door installed before our wedding no clean up or extra work on our part. The quality of the products are top notch and the end results are beautiful. As we continue the journey to replace the aged and failing builder grade materials in our home, we will definitely be using Illinois Energy again!

This was our first time using Illinois Energy and we went all out, 22 windows replaced, front and back, 1st and 2nd floor. This installation went great, they scheduled 3 days and completed the work in 2 days. Both days went very smoothly, they arrived on time and starting working. They removed the windows and window treatment with care and installed the new windows, put the window treatments back in place, cleaned up and you didn't even know they were there. Any time I had a question they answered me clearly. When I asked about the screens they showed me how to remove them and showed me how to open the windows to clean the outside. The day after they left my cleaning lady cleaned my house and never mentioned any extra work, she did comment how nice the new windows looked.

The workers arrived on time, did an excellent job installing the windows, cleaned up completely after they were done, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I have ordered multiple windows several different times. Each time I have been very open with them from start to finish. Communication is great, customer service is very good, and the finished product is as good as anyone. You get what you pay for, so this is not the cheapest route, but so far, it's been money well spent for us. Definitely happy to do business with them and would recommend giving them a look on your home project.

Illinois Energy (IE) has worked on pretty much our entire house and we have loved partnering with them. The sales rep, Paul, was always very respectful and honest. He never pushed any projects that we weren't interested in and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products IE offered. While it may be unusual, I looked forward to doing projects with IE partially because I so enjoyed getting to know Paul and building a friendship with him that went beyond home improvement projects. We also looked forward to working with IE because of how efficiently they worked when at our house and the quality of the installation of the products. The products and the work installing them were very high quality and there is no way to beat their lifetime of the house warranty. With IE you get far more than you pay for in the quality of the products, the quality of the installation, and (most importantly) the quality of the people you will work with.

I highly recommend Illinois Energy, Windows and Siding if you need to replace windows, doors, gutters or siding for your home. We had new gutters replaced on our house in September, 2011. I am writing today, because we recently needed to extend a gutter on the second story of our home, and not only did Illinois Energy come out to do an excellent job, but IT WAS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! AFTER 13 YEARS! :) Illinois Energy is customer focused with outstanding customer service, quality materials, and a warranty which covers both parts and labor. I am so grateful that they installed my gutters (and keep them in working order!), and they are first on my list for any other external repairs we need for our home. I am completely impressed with their professionalism, and highly recommend Illinois Energy!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Illinois Energy for the awesome job they did on my new windows, fascia and soffit! The sales rep, Garret, was super helpful and made the whole process easy to understand. This is my second time working with Garret and he has made the process painless both times. I have now installed just about everything Illinois Energy offers across my first two houses. The guys who did the installation were great - showed up on time, worked fast, and left everything clean. The fascia and soffit have really made my house pop. Replacing the old wooden features with wood grained aluminum was a great choice. And the windows! They look amazing and my house already feels way more comfortable. If you're thinking about getting new windows or siding, definitely check out Illinois Energy. I'm so happy I did!

Illinois Energy installed 3 exterior doors for us. They delivered a great quality product by a highly skilled installer who faced unique challenges with 2 of 3 doors. Illinois Energy was also the most affordable with the best warranty package compared to two of it's competitors. Lastly, customer focus to rectify inconvenient situations sets their standard high from a business ethics perspective which I cannot truly say if their larger competitors would deliver. Other than a delayed installation date and installer scheduling with a two day job taking 4 days during 3 different weeks, we were satisfied with their service and would definitely consider utilizing them again in the future.

If you’re looking for quality and professionalism, Illinois Energy is the way to go. The warranty is the best in the industry and they have an actual location in Lisle that been there a long time. The office staff is organized and on top of things. The installation crew really took the time to make the installation perfect. The sliding door I had installed feels solid but at the same time effortlessly glides open and closed. The lock mechanism operates easily and is secure. I’m looking forward to working with them on future projects. 100% recommend Illinois Energy for doors and windows!

The installers arrived on time. The old windows were removed. The new windows were installed in a timely manner. We were shown how to operated the special features (tilting for cleaning and locking). We love the look of our new windows.
