I wanted to replace my patio door and a 3 section window in one of the bedrooms. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding installed them yesterday. They did a beautiful job, the installation team was wonderful. They moved furniture where necessary , and showed me how everything works. Removed all the waste. They also installed some of the siding that had blown off in a winter storm. Everyone was very professional and if and when I have to replace windows in the future, I will use their services again. The installers were prompt, very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. They explained everything that was done during the installation. He also replaced rotted wood before installing sliding glass door. They cleaned both inside and outside of any debris during the removal and install of doors. Would definitely use them again.

Great work. Everyone from the salesperson, office staff and installers did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our new windows and doors!

Everyone we met with was professional and honest. Paul compared warranties from other companies, showing us that we get what we pay for. The install went great. I couldn't believe on man could do it all. He did more than necessary, even fix in some quarter round by the door so it looked nice. Overall a great experience!

Installer was very pleasant and very professional. He had to do unexpected repairs to the floor under the door and he did a great job with no extra charge. The door they brought is very high quality and very attractive. We are very pleased.

Salesman was a nice guy personally but when they say they will be in and out in 45 mins, is definitely NOT the case. He knew his stuff about the window, but we felt was just a little too pushy, trying to make the sale. We ended up not going with this Company, because the window ended up being more than the other two estimates and not planning on staying here forever, didn't feel it was necessary to pay extra for every little cost, (varnishing window sill) that the others had built in to their one cost.

Buyer beware. They overcharge. I paid 6k for 3 windows. That come out to 3 windows at 1k each and double for installation

I purchased windows from Illinois Energy Windows for my home a couple years ago. The upstairs is 2-4 degrees cooler with the a/c on during the summer. The house has also been warmer in the winter. There are no longer any drafts in my house. Our energy bill has dropped nearly 40% lower after replacing the windows. Hands down the BEST energy saving purchase I've made for my house!

The whole process of working with Illinois Energy Window and Siding from the first sales call to the final walkthrough of installation, was our pleasure. They treated us with care and respect, and they were very clear when explaining what to expect along the way. Our initial interest was for a quote on window replacement, but soon escalated to include a new front entry door with sidelight and an 8 foot, 2 panel sliding glass door. Our sales representative, Ben, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He was also patient and kind as we shuffled kids and pets around to ensure we could give him our full attention. Besides the exceptional quality of the products, the comprehensive and fully transferable lifetime warranty, made it an easy decision to sign on with Illinois Energy. Ben made himself available to answer questions throughout the process and was very prompt in returning text messages. The two gentlemen who completed the installation were efficient, thorough and respectful of our home. The whole job (6 windows and 2 doors) was completed in approximately 8 hours to our complete satisfaction. We would gladly recommend Illinois Energy to any friends or family that were interested in having this type of work done.

Everyone was great from the initial appointment, to sitting down and going over everything, to the installation. The employees were very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. They didn't try to sell us more than what we needed and were straight forward with the facts and details. They got the job done quickly and left no mess behind. Our windows even arrived and were installed ahead of the anticipated date. We can't wait to finish getting the remainder of our windows replaced.

My original windows were installed in such a way that they required extra work removing. I know this is true because all the houses in this subdivision have the same and some contractors won't even do these windows. Also, I had a built-in sort of box gutters and they would routinely overflow the top. The window installation went smoothly, they cleaned up as they worked and then again when they moved to the next set of windows. The gutter installation required extra lumber and then they used larger downspouts to alleviate overflow from the very large roof area on my ranch style house. Torrential downpours this past weekend, and the gutters and downspouts handled it all beautifully. The new aluminum trim was so nicely installed, no sloppy work anywhere and again, total clean up. My house looks so much nicer now. The windows are very high quality and work like a charm, lifetime warranty. There might be contractors out there that charge less but I have dealt with companies before that do jobs cheaply and a year or two later when there's a problem, you're out of luck. Illinois Energy has been in business a long time and I am very satisfied with the work they did for me.

They quoted me $24500 for 17 Vinyl windows.

Installation took about 4 hours. The installer cleaned up all materials and hauled away the old product.

They arrived on time and were very professional. I have used many contractors in the past never have dealt with this level of professionalism and courtyness. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned everything up even saw dust. There are not many companies i would recommend and i dont ushually make reviews. The way this company does buisness should be a model for others to follow. I could not be happier with the new windows and they even matched my new oak trim and added a sill to one window in our kitchen. They explained the windows to us how to use them and clean them. By far the best experience with home upgrades to date. I will use them again for further jobs. You will not be disappointed using this company.

They were here on time. Showed proper IDS. The installers were AAA carpenters. They did a Fantastic Job on answering all questions, installing windows and cleaning up when they were done. Job took 8 hours to do, no breaks. They worked straight through till the job was done. I would recommend to everyone looking for superior windows...... We will be getting a couple more next year..

We had a great experience working with this company. We signed up for a quote at a local fest. The entire process for us was pleasant. All of the people we interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. All of our original appointments were kept and the representatives arrived promptly on time (sales quote and install). When our door was ready we had to push out the install due to a vacation we had planned and they were very understanding and accommodating. The sales rep was cordial and respectful. The installation was smooth and on time. When the install was complete there was zero mess left behind and everything looked perfect. The product is wonderful! I absolutely love my new sliding glass door and will call on this company for any future needs we have!

We have used Illinois Energy on two occasions, replacing about 10 windows on our house the first time, and the remaining 30 on the second occasion. In both instances, we were very happy with the service every step of the way. The initial appointment was very informative and very straight-forward. The prices offered were very competitive with other quotes we received, but the quality of the Illinois Energy windows (and the lifetime warranty) helped finalize our decision. The construction crews for both jobs were very helpful and efficient. I work remotely from home and they had no issue working with my schedule to avoid interrupting important meetings. They were able to work very independently (which allowed me to continue my work) and made sure to ask questions when necessary for confirmation of window directionality, as well as asking for permission to move certain items to ensure they were not in the way. They were both very professional in their interactions with myself and my wife and were very pleasant throughout the process. The second construction crew did an amazingly efficient job, as they were able to complete nearly 30 windows in a days time (previously quoted at 3 days). Despite the fast time, the quality is the same excellence as our first set of windows. We would highly recommend contacting Illinois Energy for your window needs!

I ordered both my front and back doors from Illinois Energy. I was more than impressed and people ALWAYS comment on the appearance. We since have ordered 9 windows, and again were impressed. They also held our prices from our first order. In 2014 we paid 2012 prices. Our salesman was far superior to other companies near our house. One of those companies... you get what you pay for.

Very pleased with overall service. As stated in previous reviews this company does cost more than others that we received estimates from. The difference being we were willing to pay for the quality and the lifetime transferrable warranty to us was well worth it. The installation team came out, went about their business with great efficiency. They were very friendly, very professional, and took care of business without any hassle. They were done with the windows and installation of the sliding glass door in 2 days with a 2 man team.

The entire process was positive. We scheduled and appointment for them to come to our home to show us what type of windows they had and the cost. The only negative about the presentation was that is was a little long. They showed us samples of the windows and also went over the warranty. The price was within my budget. The were were ready sooner that quoted. The installers arrived on time and were very polite. They cleaned up when finished. For the second install they did need to reschedule due to rain.
