Description of Work: I called the company for a roofing estimate for damage and possible roof replacement. The person on the phone took my contact information and address and said he would call me right back. He called me 5 days later with a voicemail stating it would be $130 to repair my roof and he could do my repair in the next day or so. First off I wanted a estimate for a possible whole roof and/or repair, secondly I never met anyone, thirdly he never got on my roof to estimate the damage. I would never pay someone I never met to do work on my house. I am disappointment in the lack of customer service, lack of communication, and lack of information on what my roofing situation is after wind damage.

I as the owner answered the clients initial call. When we spoke she said that she will need a roof repair. Due to a wind storm in our area we were very busy at the time however, two days later I went to the clients property assessed the damage and called her as I was leaving. She did not answer so I left a message letting her know that she did infact need a roof repair and not a replacement because she had a new roof. In the message I also told her the price of the repair and that I could take care of the repair ASAP. I never received a call back and so assumed that the client had perhaps not liked the price and chosen to use someone else. We certainly never spoke about an estimate for a complete reroof. I pride myself on providing a service that serves my customers needs best and not what would profit me best. And that is why in this case I would have never suggested a reroof for someone who has a new roof. Although if the client certainly requested a complete roof replacement estimate we would have been more than happy to provide her one. We do apologize for any miscommunication on our part.

This company came to me highly recommended--and I would definitely use them again. Explained what had to be done and was very professional and courteous.
