Had a bad leak coming through my ceiling drywall so I cut out an area to see where it was leaking from. Service King called and immediately came out to check the problem. It was leaking from the upstairs bathtub drainpipe. We set up an appointment right away. They came out on time, extracted the old brass waste and overflow assembly for my upstairs tub in a couple of hours. They also found a leak in another water pipe above the ceiling and changed a leaking supply line for my toilet. Was very happy with the work done and would recommend them for any plumbing work to be done.

Jason arrived on time the next morning to diagnose my problem. The kitchen faucet needed replacement. He returned with his son to quickly installed the new faucet (pictured). We had tight frame of time to work with as we had a Dr. appointment to get to in the early afternoon. We made it to our appointment on time & received good news. They helped turn around a stressful situation, and provided some education about valve shut offs under the sink. Thank you!

Extremely unhappy. I was having hot water issues in my shower and was told I needed a new faucet. I was charged $1250 to replace a shower faucet (that is available on Amazon for $62). The problem was NOT fixed with the new faucet and now I have a leak in my basement from this shower. So now, Ive paid $1250....still have my original problem AND leaks in the basement. I feel very taken advantage of and do not trust Jason at all.

Jason and his son were great. They dont use the cheap water heaters you get from the big box stores. They didn't treat me as if I were stupid. Upfront about labor costs as our install was difficult. They aren't cheap but you pay for quality. Overall I am pleased.

Technician arrived at scheduled appointment time. He corrected the problem of stove gas pipe by buying a shorter pipe and installing it in place of the longer pipe that was there. He completed the job within the appointment timeframe, cleaned up area and was very professional.

Jason was recommended by a family member. Returned call same day and came out to look at my issue. Gave me estimate and scheduled for a few days later. Did everything expected and and I hired him to do another job of replacing water main values inside the house. He coordinated with Village to turn off water and everything went as planned. Will use him for other projects going forward.
