service was great, on time but just a bit expensive

Jason responded to my request within minutes for hot water tank service and was able to come in less than 24 hours, he was on time, and called me when he was 30 minutes away, he was friendly and professional and fixed my pilot light issue within 2 hours. Any future issues I am calling him and recommended him to a friend already. Great work!

Jason was great!! He responded to my request immediately and fit me into his day because I was without hot water. He phoned me to let me know about what time he could be here and then contacted me once again to let me know he was on his way. You should hire him because he will explain everything to you and show options available for your repair, fix or replace. He was fair, courteous and professional, always considerate about my home and surroundings not be affected by the messy draining or water heater replacement . After talking to 2 other professionals, I chose him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Jason was very great! We just moved in to our new house and our water heater went out. He was very sympathetic and felt bad that we had to pay for a new water heater with in 24 hrs of moving in. He was at our house first thing the next morning to replace it. He also took the time to look at our kitchen sink and sump pump. No additional repairs were done to them but he have great advice and answered all my additional questions. We will be calling him to install our back up battery for our sump.

Great experience.....Same day service.....60 min repair and presto..... hot water for my morning shower......Jason is "the man".....Fast. Friendly. and Courteous ......One cold shower was enough....I highly recommend!

I'm not sure what a job like mine would cost on average as I'm primarily a do-it-myself guy, so I would rather not pay $400 for 2 hours of work and 6 feet of piping again, but Jason was friendly, professional and finished the job the same day as I requested a quote so overall, I am happy with my experience, and happy to have peach of mind that my gas was done right.

Jason was the 1st contractor to call me after I hung up with HomeAdvisor. He gave me an estimate to replace my dead water heater that was slightly below the average. We set up a time for the service between 12pm - 2pm. Jason called me and let me know he was finishing another job early and could be at my home by 11:30am and asked if that was ok to come earlier. I said it was. When Jason arrived he was very well mannered and professional. He removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater in a timely manner. I would hire Service King and Jason again.

They did an amazing job. Made my job a priority which was important since it was leaking water. I will use them again.

We would hire Jason again.His pricing was in line with other companies. Thorough, polite, clean, and prompt.

Spring/Summer 2014 has been a season of rain, rain and more rain -- my trusty sump pump gave out after 15+ years of service. Husband out of town and not knowing what to do, I called the first plumber that showed up in my google search. Jason was at my home within 10 minutes -- he instructed me (calmly) what to do while I waited. He was thorough and professional. He showed me options and I trusted his expertise. The rains continue and I feel secure in having a dry basement. I would recommend.
