Good Service. Very informative. Friendly technician. Professionally done. A little expensive.

Could not fix my problem. He did work hard to get wirpool to replace the whole unit. But they would not. So I would get charge again to come out and try to do the repair again.

Wow, that was quick & a great price! Before calling Service King, we had a different plumber at the house that wanted DOUBLE the amount Service King quoted. i wanted to make sure I was comparing apples to apples, so I spoke with my very trusted plumber neighbor (who was not avail for the work, but gave me the tips on what to ask for, model, capacity, brand & warranty). Service King had it all at HALF the price & installed first thing in the morning! Jason was friendly, courteous & attentive. I was amazed at the service, speed & price! Strongly recommend!

Jason contacted us within minutes of our submitting a service request. Our problem was a leaking water heater located in a small area within our utility room. We had had men from three other service companies look at the situation and tell us they would not be able to put in a new heater in that space, necessitating major re-piping for relocation. After assessing the situation, Jason said he believed he could find a replacement to fit in the original space. He returned a day later with a new water heater and spent over five hours replacing corroded fittings and installing the new heater. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional and would highly recommend his company.

Jason called me within 2 minutes of submitting my request for service. He made the appointment for the next day with a 2 hour window. The problem was the ejector pump in my basement. He called the next day and said he was leaving his last appointment and would be at my place in about 30 minutes, he was well within the 2 hour window. After seeing the pump and knowing it was 15 years old I decided I wanted a new unit. He had a new pump and everything required to complete the job without leaving my driveway. He is prompt, couteous, and professional and does not charge crazy weekend extra money. Well done Jason!!!

Jason is a true professional. He explained the steps that he was going through and told me the cost before starting any work. Courtious, professional and made sure to clean up after the work was done.

Jason came in to install a new water heater. He also fixed a leaky pipe in the basement. I had three bids on this job and Service King was the least expensive. He did not charge extra to come on a Saturday either. He is a true artist at his craft. He is coming back next week to do maintenance on our furnace now that the cold weather is back. Thanks Jason. My basement no longer smells like a (musty) basement!
