I had multiple jobs, one of which was a very small leak for many years. I had another plumber try to fix it, we replaced the kitchen faucet and dishwasher and still the leak remained. Jason was able to track and fix the leak. Yay! He also identified substandard issues with the existing hot water heater and was able to take care of the problem on the spot. There was also a clunking noise that occurred whenever the water was turned on/off that he resolved as well. Overall I am very satisfied with Service King. Not only was the work performed well and at a reasonable price, but he was on time and called before coming. I will continue to use Service King in the future and recommend you give them a try.

He called immediately and was the first person to call me. I was looking for a price over the phone, he gave an estimate over the phone for replacing all parts for $200. At day of the appointment he pulled out a list with a higher estimates after looking at the toilet for 15 sec and gave me the price of $254 for replacing half of the parts. So a lower estimate was provided over the phone to get in the door. They charge a 3%-5% service fee if you use a credit card and prefer checks for payment. He is a licensed plumber so the work completed was fine.

It was an emergency project. Main was clogged into septic. Jason, who is an owner worked tenaciously to find the problem and solve it. I hate spending money on a drain but in this case the ease of mind was worth it.

Called Jason first thing in the morning and was willing to come out in the evening and diagnose my water heater problem. Wanted to go the cheapest route possible. He tried to repair the water heater but water heater was too far gone. The water heater was at least 14 years old and had lots of corrosion. The pilot light wouldn't turn on then it would turn on but then went out totally. 12 hours later new water heater installed. Jason was very meticulous and tidy. Made sure he left the work area clean. It's cleaner now than it was before he got here. Highly recommend!!

Very positive experience, came out for a quote and offered to do the job on the same day. Made short work of the project, stayed focused and efficient even as I hovered over his shoulder through most of it. The only reason for the value for money rating is I would like for it to have been cheaper. Not that the price was out of line with other quotes I got, but I'm just cheap.

The quality of service was excellent. Water heater was removed new one was installed great detail was put into the soldering and installation no short cuts taken. Any future plumbing issues they will be my first call.

You get what you pay for. Had someone out in past to repair the faucet on the laundry room tub. Obviously it wasn't repaired correctly. I received super fast service and everything finally works. It was sort every penny. I am very pleased and will use again!
