Friendly and polite. The service man was not able to fix my problem (he explained that they don't do roots in drain) but he did not charge me and advised me on what to do next. Quick scheduling, good communication. Would book again.

The sink and faucet replacement is complete. It works well. The disappointment I have is the tech removed contact info from the furnace and put his sticker on it. The furnace is not in the area of the water connection. He was hired for a plumbing job not the HVAC!
