Told me needed to pull up all my tile and replace faucet. Had another plumber out and fixed a leak in pipe from the basement ceiling. Yes it was more effort but didn't have to tear up my bathroom

Our previous owners of the house did not install the proper drop tube off the hot water heater when it was installed. Our inspector recommended we replace. Jason was very helpful and resolved our issue right away within our first available window to be present for the fix.

They arrived when promised and installed a new water heater about 2 hours.

Jason and James were very professional, polite, and efficient in replacing both outdoor faucets to my 17 year old home. They were very particular in the home as they needed to locate the plumbing to the outside. I would strongly recommend Jason and James to complete any plumbing project you might have.

The technicians were very professional. They had a cancellation and were able to complete our project a day early. They had all the supplies with them that were needed for the project. I was very impressed with their service. I do think that they were expensive, but it was a small project and they were the only company on Home Advisor willing to do it.

They were very agreeable in coming out at a little later time. They were very accommodating as well.

Good job and they did it quick but cost a lot. Their are others like Black Diamond that are worse though.

Very nice at what I thought was a fair price.

Very professional.Received an estimate from them along with 2 other providers. They were just under the highest estimate. We chose service king because of their home advisor rating. They were upfront with their labor rate which was 100 per hour. No problem there. They are trained professionals. We had a toilet replaced and an outside house spigot replaced. They showed up on time and the 2 gentlemen finished the project in 2 hours. Their work was top notch and cleaned up afterward better than what they found it. They completely explained what they did. Couldn't ask for better. Only point keeping it from a 5 rating was the cost. Based on how long they were here and the markup on the materials we felt the final cost should have been 150-200 less than the estimate. Otherwise an outstanding job.

They put in a new Delta faucet that you touch very sophisticated to put in did a great job can't wait to do dishes now in my new sink
