These men were professional came On time & completed the work on time. when they were finished I hired them for another project. the installation of a new bathroom sink. when they were done, I told them "I have a new plumber" & will b calling them for any projects in the future.I live in an old house so these guys had 2 get dirty, but did it w/ a smile

We called to ask how much it would cost to remove a drain extraction tool stuck in our tub drain and to replace the drain. He said he couldn't say until he saw the project. It would cost $60 for the service call, but it would apply toward the work if we chose to have it done. That seemed reasonable, so I scheduled him thinking he would be reasonably priced. When he got here he said he was certain he could remove the tool and replace the drain. it would cost $372!!! He said we always charge $372 for these jobs. (Why wouldn't he tell me that when I was on the phone and he said he couldn't say until he saw the job?) So, we felt stuck and didn't want to lose the $60. So, we hired him. They did a fine job on the repair and were done in less than an hour. I feel ripped off!!!

Jason called to say he was running early and asked if it was OK for him to arrive before the appointed time. He and his helper, James, were very efficient and finished the job quickly. In addition, he looked for causes for our problem to minimize the chance that we might experience the same problem in the future. I will call again when I need future work done!

I would hire them again in a flash! He was courteous, used pictures to show me we had another problem; good work ethic and cleaned up after himself.

They were nice. Did a good job but they were expensive. On one toilet I needed the chain on the handle replaced. $95 to do it. I feel that was too much. The shower faucet was repaired ok. i did not say anything about the cost but will not hire them again

I was working out of town when my water heater broke. My basement was flooded. One call to Service King and they were at my house within 2 hours. My wife said they were polite and respectful. Work was done quickly with a high level of quality. I couldn't be more pleased.

The plumbers were knowledgeable about a custom task. The price was a little high, but they did a good job. I’d hire them again.

They explained what they were going to do to fix the problem and their recommendation on our other toilet saved us money.

They were way to expensive for the work that they did. I had a toilet installed and they left the old toilet in my garage. I would have thought for the price they charged they would have disposed. They didn’t even put it in the box the new toilet came in.

My initial request to change a valve in the kitchen. While he was there, I asked about a few other issues I had. He was able to take care of all the issues that day. Very happy with all of the service.

Did a great job though slightly on the higher end for ejector pump replacement and clog removal.

My kitchen faucet was leaking....a lot. I contacted Service King and Jason was very responsive to my inquiry. He arrived on time to my home, was very professional, gave an estimate on the cost to replace my faucet (I just purchased a new faucet myself). The cost to install was $325 and I even stated that was very high. As he tried to install my faucet, there were two parts missing. I would not have had enough time to get another faucet so I purchased one from him. He provided a Moen faucet, plus installation. The total cost was a whopping $649 (product plus one hour install). While I would recommend Jason for his professionalism and quality of work, I feel his pricing is exhorbitant. If his pricing was better aligned, I would have given him all 5 stars.

They replaced my ejector pump in about 2 hours and saved me about $400 off the first quote I got from a rival company. Good job!

We needed a part of the hot water heater replaced. They were on time and explained everything. Good job.

Way to expensive.. got a quote for a shower valve install. Shower is down to bare studs and the quote was $699 to install (a valve that I already bought). I did not hire them. They were VERY friendly and prompt, just too much money, I?m not here to get ripped off.

Very responsive for the service call but ended up as twice the price of another quote.
