It took an extremely long time to get the leaky faucet fixed, mainly due to the slowness in acquiring the hose for the sprayer handle. I had to call a number of times to get updates. I otherwise was never informed of the status. Keeping their customers advised needs to be improved.

Charged $450.00 to replace an outdoor faucet!!!!! They were not flexible on the amount charged and were on site no more then 20 minutes. The plumber was competent but made it very unbearable.

Excellent service but very expensive

I hired them and because I needed the work done NOW (sewer collapse), and they couldn't do it until the next day, I was finally able to find someone who could come in the same day. Unfortunately I had paid the $400 down payment on the initial $700 they had quoted me for the job and that was on May 9, 2018. They still have not returned the $400 to me.

Came early and finished promptly. Crew was top notch.

They let me know when they were on their way. They explained everything they were going to do, answered any questions I had, and were very pleasant on top of all that.

The serviceman was polite and engaging. Found the problem right away. I do believe, however, the your prices are a bit high for what was done.
