Fantastic service. Was able to order part for a water heater under warranty at no cost, paid only for the visit and diagnosis. Quick, efficient, affordable. Will call them again.

I think they did a good job, but felt it may have been a little on the expensive side. I am by no means an expert on plumbing costs though. That being said, after being without a sink in both upstairs bathrooms for almost a week, I guess you pay it.

Jason was very nice and reviewed the problem and explained what is needed.

They were kind and fixed the problem, i appreciate the effort that was put in to get the job done but the pricing was disappointing

I called this service to fix water leaking in a bathroom. Through the phone, the service person told me it costed $400+ plus $200+ for total fixes (sorry I can not remember the exact amount since it was oral estimates). He asked my credit card in order to start the work. About 2- hours later, he called me and said it needed another $600 to complete the work. I refused to pay the extra. He then left with the uncompleted work, and without my approval, charged me $725. I texted him asking for the invoice/receipt for the $725 charges, but still have not received anything so far. I finally had to call another service and fixed the messy bathroom.

Very timely and efficient

Jason was early getting to the job that was awesome. Got the job done in under 3 hours. The only issue I had I believe the price was kinda high. I have to admit I m grateful to have running water again.

They live up to their name. Their service is king! They serviced my hotwater heater and furnance. They are on-time, professional and friendly. Will use them again for sure!

Responded immediately to a bad situation where the sillcocks for the new washer and dryer I was installing were somewhat frozen over the years. Once broken free, they leaked out the shaft. Had to turn the off, which luckily worked, and have them replaced.

The service man came in and fixed the leak and pointed out another possible problem.

Great folks, fast response, provided great recommendations for future issues.

Very Very costly.

Extremely expensive. I paid for the initial service visit but did not hire for the work to be done. I had them quote 2 different projects. They quoted almost 3 times the price I was quoted from other contractors for both jobs. I was able to get the work done well for a fraction of the cost.
