Ed was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was, and what to do. He had our furnace up and running in no time. He also explained other services that his company could provide to keep repair calls at a minimum. Will ask for him in the future.

The few times we have needed emergency service in the past they have responded promptly. This call was for routine inspection and the technician found a weak ignitor that would have caused trouble soon. It nice to know our two furnaces are ready for winter.
