I felt like the technician was a fast talking salesman and was caught a little off balance as he progressed through the diagnosis and built up a substantial bill. I have not yet researched the repair to get a feel as to whether the bill was reasonable.

I am adding to my original response. I thought of a question after I submitted the first survey. I contacted 24 HCS regarding what to do about the condensation in the furnace from the failing AC and they referred me to Jose right away and he called me back and advised to run the fan to help dry out the condensation. I greatly appreciated the quick response

Ryan was extremely professional and courteous. Tuned up my AC system to improve efficiency and cooling. 24 Hour Home Comfort has always responded quickly and professionally to my home comfort needs including new furnace and AC. Also had duct cleaning after a home remodeling project.
