Very professional service and available 24 hours which is important when your furnace quits and you re concerned about pipes freezing

They made a special trip at 3:00 am on a Sunday morning to restore heat. Brian did so even if he did not at the time have proper part. Replaced it at a later date. In the meantime everything ran smoothly. The price for doing so was reasonable considering the time element. The furnace was warranted for the part and was contracted for the service.

On time, explained the problem, fixed the problem. friendly.

24 Hour Home Comfort did a great job for us. A annual maintenance review showed a questionable motor which was required a parts delivery. Knowing that our schedule was difficult to predict, 24 Hour called immediately when the required piece was delivered unexpectedly and returned the very next day, to make it most convenient for us. We really appreciated their attentive response to our situation, moving very promptly & professionally to address our needs. 24hr Home Comfort Services has been great to work with. They have technicians who are on time and have good communication (during the service call and prior to it with regard to when they're on their way). Prices seem to be fair so no complaints there.
