Everything from the quick 1st call from 24 Hour Home Comfort Services, to the salesman, installers and duct cleaners was very well done. Roy and Dave were super. They kept me informed what they were doing, when they would be back and how things worked. It was a very good experience

The two professionals that came to install the furnace were great! They were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understand what they were doing. They even showed me how to change the new air filter they put in as part of the project at no extra cost! The job was done well and quickly!

Jake was personable knowledgeable gave me a brief history of company and what they represent . They were her over two hours explained each step and in my opinion did an excellent job . I also like the fact they are a 24 hour service . They offered pricing options for future service needs , and I received a discount on service and repairs..

The technician was thorough and followed up to let me know about other concerns to watch for the future. I appreciated that he did a full check on the furnace since he was charging me for a full visit ($94) rather than just taking advantage of me and the minor problem we were having. I'd hire them again for sure.
