They were very professional in every aspect, clean-up included. Though at the beginning we had unfavorable weather, they did as much work as they could and completed the job when the weather cleared. The costs of any additional materials was plainly stated on the contract, with cost for the high quality of work was very reasonable.

He was wonderful. Completed work quickly and was very courteous. I would highly recommend.

Hired Andres Roofing last year to replace roofing material on porch from shingles to roll for flat roof. They were quick and did a good job. Owner was personal and professional, good staff. Overall they did a decent job cleaning up and I'm happy with the results!

I had to have both the roof on the house and garage replaced. The customer service was very professional and they were very prompt in getting back to me. Had a full crew and completed all of the work in one day. They were also prompt in starting the work as well.

As a woman I look for a company that treats me like an equal and not like a "little lady." That is the experience I got from Andres Roofing. From the inspection/quote process to the completion of the project I was respected and fully informed. Everyone was very respectful of my time and space. I hired them to replace my roof and add gutters. The job was completed in approximately 3 days. They were on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves. I did not find even a nail left behind. I haven't had any problems with my roof or gutters.

I will never call them again. When I confirmed that I wanted to make a repair appointment, they would not give me definite time, but said they'd be there first thing in the morning. While that was frustrating, I went with it. By 9:30a they had not shown up. I called and spoke with Mayra who had been handling all of my calls. It took her 10 minutes to find my appointment. She at first said they had no record of it and when I started reading her my emails, she realized this was a repair appointment and not a service appointment. Apparently she needed more information than just "I have an early morning appointment". Once she found my appointment, she said that Mr Andres would be there no later than 12:45pm. I asked her to please call me if this was not accurate. 1:15pm rolls around and there is no one at my door. I call her back and she said that they would be there by 2:00p latest. 2:15 rolls around and still no one. I call back but she doesn't answer. Mostly like she saw my caller id and didn't want to pick up. I called from a different phone but realized it had the same last name so she didn't pick up. I called from a third phone that was not associated with my last name and she picked up. At that point, I was livid and said that I would cancel the appointment and she insisted on having Mr. Andres call me. He called within 5 minutes and couldn't give me a definite time he would be there by that day so I cancelled the appointment. Did they expect me to wait around all day for them? I made an appointment weeks in advance to avoid this issue. Terrible customer service. I have no clue how they're still in business. Think twice about hiring them. It's a huge waste of your time. Description of work: I hired Andres Roofing to repair some wind damage on my roof. There were visible light holes in my attic and they discovered there was damage to many of the shingles.

Quality work for your money. Extremely professional and courteous. Explained findings and discussed solutions with my input. I in all honesty can't say enough about theirs professionalism. They did a great job of being aware of my homes surroundings ant left the area very clean when done.

I contacted six different roofing companies. Andres called me back within an hour to set up a time to inspect the roof and give me an estimate. The other five companies were either no call or no show. Andres came when they said they would and did what they said they'd do. I would recommend Andres to anyone needing roof repair - couldn't ask for better service.

They worked in. 90 degree temps . They did a good job. They tore off the old roof and cleaned up only found 4 nails after checking I consider this great.

Andres Roofing worked extremely fast. They were courteous and very professional. Yes, I would recommend them. They only needed to pick up their litter, soda and water bottles when they finished the job. Clean up could have been better.
