I had my roof shingles taken off and replaced. Andres arrived on time and completed the job on time. They cleaned up so well that a day after the job was complete, I couldn't tell that the roof had been replaced. I found no nails or fragments of shingles anywhere. There estimate was spot on. I waited six months to write this review so that I could fully determine if the job was done properly and I am pleased to report that I have had no roofing issues since.

job has not started yet - That which caused me to hire Andres Roofing was the choice of roofing systems available and the finishing - adding gutter, facia and soffet covering to complete the job.

Very good job, neat and clean. Showed up on time and were finished with the new roof in 2 days. Reasonable prices and friendly workers.

They did a fine very fast job, cleaned everything up. My only negative comment would be that the seams where the roofing met the exterior of the house looked kind of sloppy. But the price was excellent and overall they did a good job.

The quote for the project was great. Sergio was very professional and took pictures and explained clearly what needed to be done. When I scheduled the job, he did not show up two times. He never called to let me know he would not be coming out. When he did come out to do the work, he left his crew here alone and left early without telling me. His crew also left without telling me and I was unclear what had been done and if they were finished. When I called he was not sure if they were finished and had to call me back. They also borrowed my lighter to complete their work and never returned it to me. I was disappointed!

Andres did a very good job. There were some problems discovered when the old roof was removed and Andres made sure that I understood what they found and offered options on how to resolve the problem. The crew was professional and clean. I was impressed with the communication in regard to resolving problems and making sure that I was happy with the work being done.

They did a quality replacement of our flat garage roof, but I have to take off a star because the $2500 initial estimate turned into a $3400 final bill. I understand that things come up (especially since the garage is 90 years old), and each item was explained and justified, but overall that's a pretty big jump. If I had a tight budget or if I had chosen them based on price, I would have been pretty upset. Aside from that I have no complaints, and I'd still recommend them because they did good work.

We hired Andres Roofing to do a tear-off on our garage and were very happy with the job. The company communicated well, the estimate was both reasonable and accurate, and the crew did great work and cleaned up well. We will certainly use Andres again for any future roofing projects and would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Rapid response to my inquiry, straightforward estimate, Andres explained what was needed and why, price was competitive, full layover roof with some roof repair completed in one day, crew took care of the yard. Took pictures for the insurance adjuster. Everything was straightforward and professional, no nonsense. I would recommend Andres Roofing to others, and hire them again.

Sergio was excellent. He is an very good communicator. He replies to all emails and phone calls. He is courteous and nice. Everything went smoothly. I am a strict customer and they met my high standards. i recommend them fully and without reservation.

It turned out roof repair (my original request) would have only lasted a couple years. Andres Roofing came out the day after I submitted the request and gave me 2 quotes, one for repair, and one for a new roof, which included tear-off of 5 (!) old roofs, and new decking. Their cost was fair, I thought, for the work involved. Since I work from home I was concerned about how long to finish the job, but as promised they sent out a large crew a week later and did it in one day! They needed to rebuild my chimney and gave me a fair price on that too. Clean-up was great. Final price was what they quoted. Friendly, responsive and professional.
