Andres saved us a bunch of money! I was considering replacing my roof thinking it was the original early nineties roof and he could have easily convinced me that was what I needed. He instead told me that one problem I had pointed out was due to lack of ventilation and a second problem was due to cracked siding that was allowing water to penetrate during storms. Ultimately he repaired a section of my roof, corrected my ventilation problem and replaced and painted the faulty siding all for a fraction of what I was prepared to pay for a new roof. Finding a contractor with this type of integrity is a great thing!

They came out earlier in the morning to give me an estimate. He quoted me a price and also noticed a few shingles that had blown off the roof. He rolled that repair into the previous quote (nothing additional) and they returned later in the afternoon to complete the project. They worked quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them again!
