Description of Work: Crew came out and started work on time. The install took longer than usual as they had to hand dig out all 50 plus post holes. The site was left in good condition; all extra dirt was taken care of. The crew was hard working and very professional. |We are very pleased with the final result. Getting many compliments from the neighbors!

Description of Work: We fenced in our lawn I'm in the back on three sides. The gate was missing which I was not informed of until the day of the installation. I told them the fence didn't do me any good without the gate so they put up a loaner and attached it with wire the following day. A few days later they put up another loaner and attached it the wrong way to the post. My gate in the back wouldn't open it was just one disaster after the other. They did stand behind their work but these issues were just resolved in April and fence was installed in October.

Description of Work: I had my old fence replaced. It runs along the width of the back of the property and down one side with 2 gates installed. They were prompt, clean and professional. They removed the old fence and hauled it away. The job was completed in one day. I felt the cost was a little high, but the quality is good. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had Cedar Rustic fence our backyard and put up an arbor over rear gate. The process was very simple, thorough and without complication. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Replaced 150 ft and 3 gates of 6 ft cedar fence. Salesman was knowledgeable and professional. Crew that installed the fence did a great job and communicated the progress with us throughout the day they took to install the fence. Were priced a bit higher than the other estimates, but coupon brought the price down a bit. Overall, very pleased with the resulting fence.

Description of Work: We dealt with Cedar Rustic in 2007 for a new fence and cedar deck. The fence project was fine. The Deck project was a disaster! Deck boards were butted together with no spacing. Salesman told us to seal deck and recommended a sealer product. Water would not drain through the deck which caused warping and cupping. Owner refused to assist in remediation stating deck shouldn't have been sealed and salesman no longer with the company. Went through arbitration with BBB but should have sued through small claims court. Deck still not right.

Description of Work: Cedar Rustic installed a Western red cedar fencing with cut arched pattern all around our back yard. When we mentioned to our neighbor across from us that we had decided to have fencing put in, she asked to see what we were going to have done. We explained that we had gotten three different proposals and went with Cedar Rustic after going to Angie's list to look at reviews for all three. We were really impressed with the reviews for Cedar and found that the other company also on Angie's list had quite a few unfavorable reviews. She asked that I call and ask them to provide her a quote to have another 25 ft of fencing put in on her side to make it uniform. Both the salesman Jim and the Carla from the office were very helpful and got everything lined up so all work could be done on same time. The crew got here at the time they stated and worked all day to get the job done. They did a fantastic job, the pricing was reasonable and we were all very happy with how it turned out. Everyone that has come to our house has complimented how beautiful the fencing looks. Cruz Carreno and his crew are to be commended for a job well done.

Description of Work: Cedar Rustic enclosed our back yard with a cedar fence and two gates. The job was done professionally and on time. We found out later some of the sprinkler heads were damaged and had to be repaired. We signed off a disclosure beforehand and knew Cedar Rustic was not responsible.That's the only reason we gave a B to the overall rating.

Description of Work: I requested an in-person estimate for a back yard fence. They came up with 190' of fencing while another fencing company I had there at the same time came up with 160'. I asked and he said it was approximate but wouldn't be more than that. That is a big difference. I didn't hear anything for a few days and sent a follow up email.... still no response. Another email...still no response. I called their number and I explained that I've been waiting for a quote for almost a week and the person rather crudely said "Did you call his cell phone?". I didn't have his cell so no I didn't. Instead of apologizing or offering to help she just gave me his number. I left a voice mail and still haven't heard back. If they are this unresponsive just to get a quote, I would be worried about using them to do the job. |
