They did an awesome job. I dealt with them over the phone more then in person at all. Their prices were high but it was good quality. I am happy with the end result.

The fence looks great but there are just minor problems. With a cedar fence you are able to see the hammer marks where the were hammering the nails into the fence and I think that they could have been more careful. It is very hard to get them to come back out and fix anything on it. They had originally put the wrong hardware on my gate and it was a real struggle to get them back out to our home to have them fix the hardware. They are very friendly before they got my money but once they had completed the work and me and I paid them it was a constant battle to have them come back out to my home.

Very well. The schematic had left off a piece that went beyond our back gate, so they had to come back a second time to measure. There was a bit of a small miscommunication about this when the installers came. The final product is fantastic. The only problem is that some of the slots are a bit off of the 90 degree angle, but unless you are really looking for it, it would be very hard to notice.

I called and they came out right away and measured. I looked at samples. They had exactly what I wanted although they put up many different varieties of fences. I had to go to the County offices and get a permit myself which took one afternoon. After that, I made an appointment for them to begin work. They arrived on time and took down the old fence, installed the new fence and took away all of the rubbish. The salesman told me it would take two days, but they finished the project in one. They sent a final bill by mail after the County came out for final inspection.

Overall I was very pleased. From the beginning the sales rep who came out was very good. He answered all of our questions and brought some samples. I had called him a few times before closing the deal and was prompt in returning the phone calls. When I did finalize it I sent him an e-mail with another question it took a couple of days to answer back but they apologized and were prompt with the subsequent correspondence. In the contract the said they would remove the dirt. We asked them if we could keep the dirt and take the hauling price out of the contract. They said they would. It ended up not being usable so they still hauled it. WE had changed the date on them a couple of times and they were pretty flexible with us. When they came they were pretty close to on time. There were three guys who came and they were done quickly. They did a very good job cleaning up. We were very pleased and were glad we made the decision to go with them. When they installed the gate the screws protruded out on the other side. The installation team was able to come out fix it for me.

They came out when expected and got the fence done in 2 days. We have a rather large yard so it took an extra day since they had so many holes to dig for the posts. They had to come back and fix the gates because they were not cut as specified but they had no problem doing that.

Horrible!!! Every time I try to write this, I go over the word limit. It was a problem with this company on our deck from day one. They also installed a fence 2 weeks prior and we had no problems with that. The deck was a different story. From planning, to following the plans, to communication, to county approval. The whole process was a mess and it took over 2 months to complete a very small deck. The county would not approve it because they didn't construct it to the plans, which I told them during the building process, but they said it would be fine. It wasn't and they had to re-do it. I paid them before it was approved and had to put a stop payment on the check. I would never recommend them for decks to anyone.

Their were no problems with the exception of the stairs. They landed in the middle of the patio. They took full responsibility and got right on top of it. They had to tear them out and redesigned the stairs to satisfaction. We absolutely love the deck.

This was the first time we had used this company. They blew my mind and were done in two days. When they gave the quote, they expected it to take three or four days. They worked hard and put in two very long days. The fence is good quality and will last a long time.

Very well. The two man crew showed up promptly and worked until late Friday evening and returned on Saturday to wrap up work. They hauled away the dirt. They worked around our garden all along the fence line. We only lost one plant from the fence installation process. The thirty year old grape vine entwined in the chain link fence survived and is thriving (we cut it out of the chain link before the workers arrived.) After the workers left I spent a couple hours raking dirt around fence posts and uncovering a few plants. The fence is beautiful. Very rustic. The salesperson pushed us toward this style of fence. It suits our woodland garden style nicely, but the rougher edges (posts were sawed off with a chain saw) might look unfinished in another location.

It was very smooth. The older guy who came out to give me a quote said that he thought that the fence we were replacing was about 25 years old and had probably been installed by Cedar Rustic back in the 70's, he thought he remembered the house. Quick quote, we had our fence installed 2 weeks later by a crew of 5 guys. It took them 3 days (including my redo project). They cleared away all of their debris, including some extra lumber that I wanted to get rid of. The only thing I would have done differently would be to have them haul away the extra dirt. It would have cost another $300+. I didn't realize how much there would be, and how clay like it would be. I had another quote from a competitor that was well over $8000 for the same fence.

Company representative choose to return check rather than honor signed contract. The project was going to cost $3,500.

The price quoted from Bob seemed to be a good deal for the fence I wanted. They have a better selection than most. I gave a D for quality of workmanship because the crew left debris all over my yard, including 17 nails, enough dirt to fill a 32 gallon can and McDonald's trash. We paid $385 to haul the dirt away. Many of the boards were cracked and a lot of the pickets on top did not meet the top of the fence. We also told them to even the tops of the gates twice and it was not done. It took almost 2 weeks and several unanswered phone calls to get someone to come out and fix the errors, and I had to argue with him over everything. I said I would use this company again only because I liked the salesman and the quality of the fence is comparable to others. My neighbor had a similar fence installed by Classic 2 days before mine, and the wood is the same. However, I feel that Bob oversold what the company is willing to do for its customers after dealing with the repair department.

I GOT 9 ESTIMATES AND THEIRS WAS THE LOWEST PRICE, BUT I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PRODUCT. DID THE JOB IN ONE DAY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T LAY CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS, RATHER THEY DUG THE POST HOLES TWICE AS DEEP AND BACKFILLED THEM WITH DRY CEMENT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THEY LEFT MY YARD A LITTLE MESSIER THAN I EXPECTED. I KNEW THEY WOULDN'T HAUL AWAY THE DIRT, BUT I THOUGHT THEY'D AT LEAST MOVE IT OUT FROM WHERE THEY DUG THE POSTS.

WHILE PUTTING FENCE IN, THEY BROKE OUR UNDERGROUND SPRINKLER SYSTEM; THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS AS IT IS SPELLED OUT ON THE CONTRACT THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OCCURRING TO SPRINKLER LINES UNLESS THEY ARE LOCATED BY JULIE. ALSO, THE FENCE IS NOW ALMOST A YEAR OLD AND THE GATES ARE STARTING TO LOOSEN UP AND ARE HARD TO CLOSE.

WE HAD VISITED THEIR SHOWROOM IN JOLIET TO VIEW THEIR FENCES. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING THEIR PRODUCTS (PROS AND CONS OF DIFFERENT STYLES) AND IN SHOWING LIFE-SIZE FENCE EXAMPLES, AS WELL AS PICTURES OF PREVIOUS JOBS. ON INSTALLATION DAY, THE FENCE INSTALLERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HARD-WORKING. THEY ACCOMMODATED OUR REQUESTS VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THE WORK SITE PRIOR TO THEIR DEPARTURE. OVERALL, WE'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR CEDAR FENCING.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! GAVE US LOTS OF OPTIONS, WORKED WITH US ON A NICE DESIGN. GREAT SERVICE, VERY TIMELY. WE INTERVIEWED SEVERAL COMPANIES, AND COST WAS COMPARABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

THEY DID AN OVERALL DECENT JOB, BUT THE PRODUCT DIDN'T HAVE THE FINISHED LOOK I WANTED AND THEY PROMISED SOME EXTRAS THAT THEY FORGOT ABOUT.

IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
