work and quality was excellent. Price may be a bit higher than others but the long term contract for service and guarantee is like the old one at Sears...if it breaks, they replace it.

Very over-priced in both furnace and central air units. Two guys show up and only one is checking things out and the other is more worried about the sales pitch...in the end they wouldn't take out old furnace or oil tank even for a price. Very Disappointing experience with Sears!!!

The A/C and Furnace Installation was provided in a professional manner but the electrical company that Sears used attemped to over sell the installation by finding faults with previous work and not centering on the instullation required, I hired my own electrician.

The customer service was very good. The installers did a good job. Everthing looks neat and tidy. Wasn't able to test out the AC because it is too cold outside, so we will see what happens when we start it up.
