Sears HVAC

I could find a beeter "deal", but Sears name was deciding pont.

just had a/c installed but still not hot enough to really use it, so i don't know how well the actual equipment works. however, the sears people and their contractor were great - fast, courteous, professional; good follow-up on everything, excellent to work with

The installer was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed having Sears install the unit. I was always a Trane user....not anymore. If I need another one or have someone rerference an installer, I will bring up your name

Sears did not put in my heat pump. Kelley Refrigeration did and the younger Kelley did fine, but the father does nothing but lie. If you have them do your service the old man will lie to you about every thing; cheat you and try to make you think you are wrong. I would not recomend him to anybody.

The Sears subcractor was messy, riuned my walkway, left soot throughout my home, basically destroyed the ground floor of my house with no apology what so ever. The installers incorrectly wired the boiler and I had to have a second installer come back to correct the wiring. This was a disaster I'm dealing with my insurance company. the subcontractor was DJM plumbing, they were horrible.

Best customer service I've had from any company in many years. Just like the "old" days: on time, courteous, any problem or question dealt with immediately, installation contractor efficient and expert. Service reps follow-up was exceptional.

Sears Heating and Cooling service is excellent. The installers were very professional and my furnace is functioning well. It was a fast service from beginning to end.

Response was super fast and customer service was excellent. Very professional from start to finish. Even after our inspection showed one small thing that needed to be corrected, the installer made time to come out on Saturday afternoon to fix it. Love working with Sears!

Prompt installation of heat pump units. Installer and his crew were very friendly and couteous. Took time to explain the installation and the operation of the units. They were very pleasant to work with. They were also very prompt when they had to make a return call to make minor adjustments to one of the heat pump units. I would definately recommend this crew for future work.

Worked right through to completed even when everything seemed hopeless. Perfect workers and gentleman. Very pleased.

It was a good service a little pricey but worth it in the end.
