THEY WERE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OR THE MOST EXPENSIVE. BUT FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE INSTALLERS THEY WERE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND TO THIS DATE, I AM MORE THAN PLEASED.

They did a good job and went a little extra to get the job done. I needed to reroute the drain line and they helped me to come up with the best way to do it.

You always get treated great at first, then after they have reeled you in, the customer service starts goin down hill. I am happy with the product, and the price was decent.

Don't Use Sears...They don't have an emergency number to call on weekends I contracted with sears to install Central Air in tne home We'd just bought. Little did I know they don't use Sears employees. They sent a local plumbing company that I could've called. System worked fine, turned it off because it was cool. When it got hot we turned it on and found the air wasn't cold. The contractor came back Friday morning before the Memorial day weekend and said everything checked out (system blew cold air). We had company from SC and went visitng/left air on. Returned to a Sauna, Friday night. Called every number Sears gave me on Friday and again on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (long Holiday weekend) no one answered. Tuesday plumber came back and back and back. Lesson is Don't use Sears

This one was a little complicated, but I am satisfied with the results for the pending work to be completed.

My ratings would probably be higher but I really can not comment on the new boiler until I use it next winter. Then, I will be able to comment on the unit's efficiency and the savings on heating cost I was promised by the salesman. We'll see.

The salesman wasvery professional however the project manager did not communicate with me for days after I purchased the unit from the salesman (Kelley). I honestly thought I had been ripped off, Hovever after contacting Kelley and customer service I got a call from the project manager (Patrick) The cost of the project was 9000.00 dollars and it took 8 days to complete.

It took nearly 2 weeks before they started the project after I called. my agent kindly explained that the contractor was on vacation. I was called a few times regarding spending out of pocket-not included in the contract i signed as explained by the contractor to be able to get the old unit out -something to do with getting the wall out and that i need to hire a carpenter. I do not have the cash or any carpenter in mind so the contractor offered to call somene he knows. after all the waiting and decisions, it turned out that the wall does not need any "taking out" to remove the old unit. It just unexpected cost/calls for nothing.
