Sears HVAC

A bit pricey but excellent installation and it is very quiet and efficient. I know Sears stands behind the products and service so that we have good peace of mind.

Would have liked someone that would teach me how to program the thermostat rather than 'show' me. I am at a total loss at the moment and have managed to mess it up royally, I think. He should have let me do it and walked me through it instead of doing it for me.

Was pleased with the way my installation was handled. Heard from main headquarters to see if contracter had called. They were professional, My heat pump and air handler passed inspection with no problems.

great sevice, however i was promised that the furnace would be installed the following week. when i called to confirm the installation i was given a run around. i had to argue with the sears installers.it was finally installed on the date promised. the fellow who installed the furnace was great, very knowledable and did the job quickly.

Sears did a great job but I must say the boiler is very loud when starting up. That's a new sound and sometimes alarming. Is it the function of this boiler knocking and making loud sounds? Pls respond back.

Sears said the installers would come from 8 to 11 a.m. They showed up quarter to eleven. They said it would take 4 to 5 hours to install and they were done in 4 and a half hours. Everything looks great and was explained to us very well.

Installers were great! They were even very kind helping me get my cat down from the attic when she got up there while they were working. The sales person however did not order the correct thermostat so the installer had to run out and get a different one. Just be aware it may take more time than expected, The installers worked hard but it took about 15 hours over the course of three days to install a new central A/C where there was none.

They were very professionally and friendly. I love the fact that they take the time to explain to me how to operate my new furnace. I would recommend any one to Sears. Well done five stars is not enough stars to rate them.

At this time I am satisfied.. have not ran the furnace as yet and of course I will not be running the air until next summer... Installation team told me to call at that time if I have any problems... will be glad to updaate yoy at that time,

The plumbers and electricians were very quick when they came. They were very professional. The only gripe is the Plumbers truck broke down and they were late. The company could have give me a courtesy call to let me know. They were suppose to be there in the morning. They arrived in the afternoon, so I was waiting there all day. If I didn't call I wouldn't have known what happened. Other than that I was pleased with service.

The unit I selected was larger than my present unit so a larger base plate was needed. The installation was done on the existing base plate which was too small. I contacted the service department and they corrected this issue. I find that when the job goes as planned, everone is happy, but when problems come up the true measure of an organization is how they handle the problems. In my mind, Sears handled this issue in a very professional manner and corected the installation problem.
