Two installers showed up exactly on time. Both dressed for the work to be done. Both were courteous, professional and clearly knowlegdable. They tested the system and all connections and thoroughly cleaned their work area before departing. Excellent team.

i had questions to ask of the salesman as he hd not returned the paperwork for the sale and the contract. also there were discrepencies between what was contracted for and was actually installed. i am pursuing rectification of these issues. the crew that installed the furnace was efficient and very professional. again my complaints lie with the sales team.

Sears went the extra effort to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. The customer service rep walked us through the entire process and he answered all of our questions. He was in Shreveport, LA at the house and we were in West Bloomfield, MI.
