Sears HVAC

They had rather high pressure sales techniques and I feel like I definitely over paid by going with Sears and was verbally told that I would be getting 2 vents with my swamp cooler but when they installed it they pointed out that I signed the form that said only 1 vent. My cooler was also not cooling for a few weeks but they eventually came back and fixed it. In theory the high price gets you the service package though.

Dealing with this Sears location was outstanding! They were on time every step of the way and completed the installation when and as promised. Further, their office checked every step of the way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I am very pleased with Service Magic's recommendation and service.

Project finished in timely manner

The job was done quickly and well. The main office checked in several times to make sure that everything was happening on schedule. Would definitely use Sears again.

The installers were very professional, and personable. They installed the heat pump in a timely manner, and cleaned up all refuse before leaving.

The Heating specialist was very friendly and knowledgable but dressed like a homeless man.

nice people-but when problem with access door/safety switch, (furnace wont run when door is misaligned) the answer is to blame manufacturer and recommend duct tape to hold door shut!!!! when the furnace stopped completely, was stunned to find out there is no emergency service on sunday! said they would be here today.

Everything went smoothly which in most cases is the opposite. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A professional job. Thanks Sears. The price was right, the job done well, and we are warm and cozy now.

I have not received any of my paper work which I asked for by paper in Jan. as I was not able to login in to the web site. I have not received my payment information. Installlers get a 5 customer service need improvement.

The boiler they installed came with dent a different parts, I have been calling them, they said they will come to check the damage and had not come yet, since January 23, 2012.

Installed in one day and followed up with to replaced a part about four days after I called.

The installer was one of the nicest persons I ever met. He was on time very efficient, answered all my qyestions and made sure that I was completly satisfied with every phase of the operation. He was on time and made sure that my scheduel wasn't compromised. I wished I had him to do every job that I need done.

Sears was very professional, explained everything in fine detail; and the representatives had very pleasing personalities which may go well when consumers feel that they are overwhelmed about important financial decisions that they must make in a timely and urgent manner in times of great concern for your safety and health. I was made very comfortable in my choice to go with Sears. I appreciate Sears expediting this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration.
